Amazing help from Ghada! Went in to buy palm trees and some other plants for the house makeover. Ghada was very informative and helpful, explained how to take care of the plants in detail and was very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery! Definitely will be coming back :)

My wife and I have rented a tree each of the last two Christmas's. Ghana and her team are easy to work with and very accommodating. We much prefer the option of renting a tree in a pot that stays alive after Christmas. The tree provided is very beautiful and looks wonderful decorated on our patio. We will rent from Tri-Star again and highly recommend them.

Great experience! When I visited the nursery first thing I experienced was a welcoming smile and acquittance. Everyone that I saw was excited and happy to help. Other than that the wide variety of plants, shrubs, and trees they have is really great PLUS the knowledge which they have to share is very helpful and I would highly recommend visiting the nursery. Overall I would go again!

Tri-Star Nurseries was so helpful and knowledgeable about what plants would work in various areas of our yard, from the palm tree to the black bamboo to the gold chain and emerald cedars. They even delivered to our house in North Vancouver. It's been 5 years since we did the initially planting and everything is looks amazing! We recently stopped at their nursery on 184th instead of driving by as we have many times . Thinking one day we should check this place out. What a pleasant surprise, Ghada was extremely friendly and helpful, to my wife in selecting some bedding plants for our garden. While she was doing this I wandered about the yard and discovered the most beautiful Emerald Cedars I have seen in weeks of looking. We immediately decided to have them Supply and plant 9 in our garden as a reinforcement to an existing hedge. The price was reasonable and Tony and Paul arrived promptly as promised and had the job competed in under an hour. Talk about fast friendly service. They even topped up our flower bed with fresh topsoil and swept the spillage from our driveway. We strongly recommend Tri-Star Garden Centre and give them 5 STARS.

Had to pick up a few plants to match the existing garden. As a garden novice, I had no idea what type they were, but I showed a picture to Tony, and he had the ones I needed instantly. Great quality and great price as well. But most importantly, the SERVICE. IT WAS EXCELLENT! Tony was patient with me, answered all my questions, and even got a cart for me to load all the plants on. I will definitely go back if I need any more items. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It was amazing! Such friendly and helpful staff, and we now have to best Christmas tree I've ever had. It helps the environment and means you get a live, healthy Christmas tree. They also have a great selection of other plants and decor. If I could give a higher review I would. You should definitely go check it out and get your Christmas tree there next year

We would highly recommend getting your tree here. No more wondering what to do with a dead, dry tree every year! This one goes back for rental the next year and you can even buy it for a great price. Terrific and very friendly service!

I love going to Tristar Nurseries and Ocean Florists. The service is stellar, the staff members are friendly, helpful and well informed about the wide selection in the nursery and garden sections. The florists create stunning arrangements for any occasion at a reasonable price. I absolutely love the "rent a Christmas tree" option. Why cut down a tree for christmas when you can rent one! The "natural" blueberries are delicious. This is my go to place when it comes to blueberries, flowers, gardening and nurseries needs.

I have been a customer of Tri-Star Nurseries in Surrey since 2013 and they continue to be amazing. The welcome mat is always on when you arrive at their parking lot. They meet and greet you with a smile. I have been getting my annual plants for my condo unit since then and every time the staff goes beyond expectations. They arrange all my plants as I order them, they hold them for me until I am ready to pick them up and the plants always do well. I have also purchased many flower bouquets, other plants and/or arrangements on numerous occasions for many different functions and Ghada, Mary and Farag are so in tune with my requests, they deliver every time on time, on budget and ensures that I am fully prepared whether I need water for the plants to hold them for a period of time before getting to the final destination, or whether they are special flowers for a special occasion or with appropriate wrapping. Everyone I have given the flowers or plants to raves about the presentation and the quality of the product. I have never had any issues with the staff or the products, and if I have any questions, they are always there to help address any questions I may have. I would highly recommend this establishment as a trustworthy, friendly, eager to please and deliver on their promises establishment. Thank you and well done.

Great experience today at Tri-Star Nurseries. It was raining lightly and my friends and I were looking at the variety of plants outside and a women came right out and asked if we needed some help. She stood with us and moved plants around trying to give us an idea of how they would look when they were planted. Tony also came out and gave us some advice and even pulled a plant out of a planter for us to use as a focal point when planting. Very happy with how knowledgeable they were and also very happy with the prices. I will go back!
