If you are looking to complete a landscaping project, I highly recommend Mountain View Landscaping. From start to finish, our interactions with Garry, Tim (site foreman), and the rest of the crew that was onsite was excellent. We had a rather larger series of projects that needed completing, and while we had a general idea of what we wanted to do, we were hoping to rely on the creativity and expertise of this company. Through the initial planning, scoping, and budgeting process, Garry was incredibly helpful. He really listened to what we were looking for, as far as look and feel, and came back with some excellent initial design ideas that allowed us to envision what the yard could be, while also taking into consideration the things that were important to us. He was very flexible, patient, and responsive as we needed time to review a few iterations before we were ready to commit to a plan. This process was excellent. When the time came to begin work in early Jan 2021, Garry introduced us to Tim, who would be the site foreman. As we were leaving some of the details of the project to be determined as the yard took shape, we were hoping to rely on Tim’s advice, expertise, and creativity to identify opportunities to take the area to the next level. He did not disappoint. Tim’s eye for detail, creativity, design, and impeccable standard for quality of work from himself, and everyone on site was a massive win for us. The team worked hard through the winter months to turn our wild yard into a backyard oasis. We still have a small amount of work to complete up front, and we will definitely be calling Mountain View Landscaping back for the next project. Thank you all.

We highly recommend Mountain View Landscaping Ltd. The company built an approximately 125’ beautiful Allan Block retaining wall for us and our neighbour. The project involved removal and disposal of a shared fence and wood wall running along the property line. Working with the owner, Garry Hall, from quotation to completion was a professional, honest, fair and personable experience. The site supervisor Chris and his crew of Brad, Corey and Wes who completed the project were wonderful to work with, respectful of any concerns or wishes we had and careful about existing shrubbery and irrigation lines. The job site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and our driveways, sidewalks and street swept. At the end of the project everything was power washed to our satisfaction. Several neighbours have commented on the completed wall and one neighbour was so impressed they asked Mountain View to do a wall for them. Highly recommended!

Gary of mountain view landscaping came to my home to do a quote and all communication stopped after. Continuous efforts for a reply were unresponsive. Not professional at all. Would not recommend.

I had Garry and his crew fix some horrible work that had been done in my backyard in previous years, plus many add ons. The crew was amazing and kept me in the loop on a daily basis. The end result is absolutely beautiful!!! All the details were taken care of including proper drainage, tasteful lighting and hydro-seeding to complete the project. Highly Highly recommend them! I have them coming back to work on another project this year on my side yard. Cannot wait :)

Gary from Mountainview landscaping turned the swamp in our backyard into a beautiful garden. Due to lack of attention to detail by the builder, no drainage was put in place when the house was built resulting in water pooling which could've caused structural damage. Gary and his team were very professional, punctual and knowledgable. They fixed the issue by digging up existing grass and claybed. Then they put in proper drainage system by tying it into our existing drain. With the amount of recent rainfall, there has been no water pooling so we can enjoy our backyard.
