All in bloom, huge mature rhododendrons amung many uncommon and rare trees. Mid May is the best time to visit and one of the nicest spots in the lower mainland for a stroll. Open most weekends @11am. $5 donation.

75 years of dedication by Francisca Darts which has rare and huge variety of plants. Perfect for weekend strolls and not too busy as you have to reserve it with city of Surrey before visiting.I visited on 3rd April,2021. I would to visit again once all the flowers are blooming. Perfect for kids or families without worry about COVID.

This is a beautiful old home with a very large garden, donated by its owners to the city of Surrey. The gardens are extensive and include plants from all over the world. In particular there is a significant collection of trees. I particularly enjoy the gigantic old Walnut tree that dominates a common area. My wife is the gardener in our family and for her Darts Hill is heaven.

This is a hidden garden treasure tucked away in the far reaches of Surrey near White Rock. It was founded by a couple who loved plants and shared a good idea about fitting plants to a garden landscape. It isn't a botanical garden in the broader definition, but it contains many elements of a good botanical garden. Most plants are identified and the garden contains educational components rarely found in a display garden.

Love this Gem, my children and I enjoy Darts Hill Garden its fun to see all the different art and beautiful flowers. We pack a picnic lunch amd blanket so we can have a picnic in the open field halfway through the garden. It's a great place and close to home we plan to go again sometime in May...

Very well maintained garden park. The limited access makes it difficult to enjoy. Reservations can be made on the city website. Lots of flowers and a variety of plants. The caretakers are nice and polite. Great for pictures and a relaxing time with family. Well worth the money for the experience.

One of my favourite gardens in the Lowermainland. It has something going on every month from April to Fall. The garden is easily walkable with a few small inclines. It offers a variety of plants, but is particularly heavy on the Rhododedrons. Its also got a nice collection of Magnolia trees which also bloom throughout spring. Entry is by donation and you can also join as a member of the society to help maintain the garden financially as well as through volunteer opportunities.

Darts Hill Garden Park is a Great Local Park with an interesting history. This park is now "open more often than ever before and provides a succession of colour" throughout the summer. This quote is from the City of Surrey and definitely not open 24 hours. Best to check the website for the hours of this park. Love this park. This park is for looking and enjoying. Thanks ....

Limited access hours, no leashed pets, and every single time we've tried to go it has been closed to the public for movie filming. It's like they don't actually want you there. I've given up trying, plenty of other places to go and the exclusivity is a turn off.
