Absolutely amazing, creative, unexpected and phenomenal haunted house! I got spooked over 5 times I was so surprised! I loved it and I can’t wait to go back. I love how the characters chase you in the haunted houses as well, so awesome.

I found a great selection of vegetable seedlings i couldn't find elsewhere...Brussel sprouts to name one. A great selection in each department in various sizes...annuals to perennials and shrubbery to trees. Soil, manure and amendments in stock as well. A great place to buy garden needs. Must travel east to west on 72 Ave to enter the parking lot as a meridian blocks westbound entry

Haven't come here for the gardening products but this place rocks Halloween. Two cool haunted houses, a paintball zombie shooting gallery, and the l'il haunters for kids which also has a bouncy castle and ball toss area. Even if you aren't scared by the attractions, you have to admire all the effort gone into transforming the place for Halloween.

Came here for the haunted house, what a blast...long lines but move fairly quickly considering, you can buy express passes which let you skip the line ups. Had a really good time, we drove out from Mission, totally worth it! Oct/2014

While I enjoy going here, there is currently not a huge variety of plants. A lot of the plants are wilted, yellow, and not healthy. Some things are overpriced, but they did have a good deal on hanging baskets (approximately $20-25 for smaller ones. Still worth a visit!

For being a relatively small location, this has had all the basics that I need. Seeds, flowers, soil, and very small rocks. They have seasonal decorations, and at Halloween put on a haunted house.

This time of year the pickings aren't as good as spring time, but if you spend a little time, you'll find something a bit of of the ordinary: never seen a Pineapple Lily before; bought one. Pretty cool. Always friendly staff.

I was working nearby and decided to make a stop. Natasha was incredible....very knowledgeable and very patient ...giving a super beginner like me tonnes of information from herbs, hanginf baskets, fertilizer and she even helped me carry my bags of soil to my car. SUPERWOMAN!!. Excited about keeping my plants alive

they have the best and I mean the very best soil for planting in pots.....I will drive 40 miles to buy bags of this stuff.......and I have two nurseries close by that I will never buy soil from again.... different experiences for different reasons....

I contacted the store this morning and spoke with an employee called Heather. She was very knowledgeable but was unwilling to help me as she claimed she was too busy watering plants and doing other things. I asked her to put an arrangement of 20 small plants together for me that she recommended for only a 1.99 each and I will come by to pick them up. Said she can’t do that? I said why not? She said cause she doesn’t have time? I said it would be faster for her to do that as I am not picky cause if I were to come into her store I would waste more of her time showing me around. Then she said she wouldn’t do that either and she would only point me in that direction? What? This woman needs a talking to about her customer service skills. The business lost a sale today and the owners need to know that.

This is a great neighbourhood nursery that is easy to access. The staff are friendly and helpful and gardening materials are abundant. You can obtain small quantities or larger load for your truck or trailer. The purchase and loading process is convenient and wait times when the place is busy are minimal.

Potters is a perennial favourite for Surrey gardeners. Complete garden center with a great selection and very knowledgeable staff. Good prices and frequent sales are great. Potters has the best prices for garden pots, with huge discounts when you buy multiples of pots.

I really enjoyed visiting Potter Nursery. Excellent choices of plants and prices are good. Staffs were very knowledge about their plants and very eagle to help. I bought a gold bamboo this morning and special Helper " Scott " was very helpful and willing to help us to unload to my CRV. That made us feeling really welcome and good. We showed up close to closing needing a scoop of gravel. The man would not "go into the office to get the keys to the machine" in order to give us the gravel. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! He obviously just wanted to go home. It was not closing time yet, he just kept saying "I would have to go into the office to get the keys" and he wouldn't. Very frustrating experience.
