We are very pleased with the level of service we are receiving from the Busybee Gardening team. The grounds look great, and these guys are very easy to work with. Our property has the owners commenting on how great everything looks.

On Aug 30th approximately 9am, I saw a truck with Busybee Gardening sign crossing Alex Fraser bridge, with a trunk full of trimming being blown off to the road, leaving a big mess. I have not use their gardening service, but if they do not have the bottom-line courtesy to respect anyone on the road and public environment, leaving the leaves, tree branches and rocks on the highway, causing damages to vehicles or even people, then I do not think they are a responsible business for anyone.

I was driving along 96 Ave/Golden Ears Way eastbound and a pickup truck with Busybee Gardening decals cut me off and was driving dangerously. I had to slam on the brakes and although I'm not a client, I never will be because it's just disrespectful and dangerous to drive like that. I don't care how much of a rush you're in.

Our strata uses Busy Bee's landscaping services, and I would definitely not recommend them. Weeding only seems to happen after complaints from owners, although it is part of our contract. Poor horticultural knowledge - plants cut back at the wrong time of year, resulting in next seasons flowers being aborted. All plant material aggressively cut back with hedge trimmer, instead of proper pruning technique. Area's missed when mowing lawn, not line trimming for consecutive weeks.

Busy bee damaged our outdoor rug. Staff mowed over our furniture to trim edges of or grass put of pure laziness and cut up our rug as a result with the mower. This happened two weeks in a row. We emailed the owner addressing the issue and asked for compensation of our rug. We provided pictures of the shredded rug found in our garden. No response was received after 2 weeks. Complete disregard and no care.

Busybee made our lawns go from brown to green by helping us with our chafer bug infestation. The entire property looks amazing! The employees are very pleasant and professional and they’re very detail oriented. They make sure everything is done and if they see an area that needs some extra attention, they take care of it.They even replaced a sprinkler head that we didn’t think could be fixed. Great Job Busybee!

If I could rate 0 star, this company should get 0 star. After complainting to the them about destroyed our plants during their work on the strata, the owner replied is our problem. I have a full video clip showing how they are unprofessional. Please avoid this company. Our strata have stop using them too. Do NOT waste our money.

Our strata uses Busy Bee and horrible service. The people just don't know what is landscaping. I have to call them back many times to do missing works. Don't come on the days of services. Trim lawn instead of mowing all the times. Blow leaves to the garden instead of removing them. Remove leaves on sideways only. Never pruning. Heard they aren't reply to Strata 's complaint.

We hired Busybee Gardening Arborist service to trim our properties overgrown trees and shrubbery. They did a great job. Most lawn care companies tend to trim shrubbery WAY too much, which is very unhealthy. However, Busybee clearly knew what they were doing. We were so satisfied that we hired them to take over our existing lawn maintenance. Highly recommended.
