I've been dealing with Growers Vernon branch for the better part of a decade spending many $1000's over the years, needless to say it's been a downhill journey the whole way. Utterly incompetent people working the front desk, they don't know there products, don't care to help you with questions and obviously don't care if they sell you anything. Not once in a decade have I entered the store and felt welcome or enjoyed dealing with thousand yard state man or his coworker angry no small talk lady. With resent events it's understandable to have a few extra steps to get things done and everyone is doing their best, except Growers Supply, same old $h!£ but with even less energy somehow. But what do they care being the only show in town. The guy's in the back are nice enough, put them up front for a change. Would love to support someone if they decide to open up a competitive company.
