It's a super center that is a plus.... But food aisles are not kept up on stock. I was in there on a Tuesday afternoon and there was no milk/No sour cream and scraps of other dairy. I find this problem a lot at this particular Wal-Mart. Other than the grocery department the rest of the store seems fine.

Went in for a wireless phone charger and found a decent selection to choose from. I was surprised as the other Wal-Marts in town had less than two choices between them. I was assisted by an attentive employee who gladly helped me purchase the charger I wanted. The store wasn't busy when I was there so no lineups. A worthwhile trip for sure.

What can one say about Walmart, Walmart is Walmart. Thunder Bay offers several locations for your convenience and if I have one complaint it would be having a hard time to find a sales clerk when you need one. Prices are good but don't get fooled it depends on what you are purchasing.

Just went to Walmart to pick some stuff up, come out and cart attendant just leaves to go talk to her friend leaves her cart line parked behind our car, can't drive forward cause people parked in front of us, jesse goes to move the cart thing himself, she yells at him not to touch it, he's asks her to please move it and she tells him to wait and he says no we are in a hurry and that she should just do her job, and then she proceeds to tell us she'll just take longer on purpose and stands there and crosses her arms..., no respect....

Was here during a vacation in 2018....this Walmart was fairly new. It was clean, had enough clerks at check out lanes so the wait to check out lanes was minimal. HORRIBLE experience with assistant manager, "Rob". I was asking about the price of an item, and he decided to turn his back to me and yell at another associate who was doing something incorrectly. After he was done with that he rudely grabbed the item out of my hands and finally told me the price. I was very unhappy and I never want to visit this store again.

Love it!! Cheap with great prices and it seems to have everything I ever need. Sometimes they are out of my babys formula "Similac Sensitive"but thats the only thing. I Never get followed around this store like I got followed around at the WalMart by my place in County Park! I got followed right to the door with my baby, son and bf. Workers watched us pay for eveything and watched us until we got into our cab. I dont recommend the one in County Park. Id give that one two stars. But this one is so much better!

WILL NOT BE RETURNING to that Photo department......HORRIBLE!!!!! Literally worst experience EVER!!!!! Over 2 hours and printer screw ups and I still paid full price for my order and had to put it through like three times.....and then they fix the printer issue five minutes before I leave and then ask me to pay for both sets..... My second set prints out and the worker threatens and tells me I have to pay again for this set or he is going to shred them...not like oh ok we will destroy them if you dont want them....instead "if you dont pay for them I will shred them" like WOW!!!! Hell after two hours and all these issues with your machines you would rather shred them than just hand them over to me as an incentive to come back.... I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE TELLING EVERYONE I POSSIBLY CAN ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE THIS EXPERIENCE WAS.

4 employees in electronics standing around with their sippy cups in hand. Had to interrupt their banter to get service. Saw the associate scanner say 7 of the TV I wanted was in stock. She went to go find one. 20 minutes later I see her at a register helping other people. Asked about the TV and why she never came back. She told me I had left and the 7 TV in inventory were not recieved, so not for sale. Now... I never left the TV section, and... if that scanner says they are there, then they have been recieved. P.s I work for a large retail chain. If you want an employee that can do twice the work your employees do, im in! I'll do half the work with a quarter of the effort I do now for minimum wage.

What an incredibly dirty store. Such disarray. Walmart should be ashamed of what happens not only in their store but outside the store. Impossible to enter or exit without being harrassed by "people".

Not very organized and their holiday section is pretty useless visited multiple times and noone is ever around to help nor do they give you the time of day. I reccomend to take the extra few minutes and go to the 777 memorial street location instead

Try and stretch your imagination to the fullest and think of as many different physical items as you can. Now realize that not only has Walmart already thought of all of those and then some, but they already have them stocked and/or ready to ship at your leisure. I ordered masks online, paid for them and still haven't recieved them. Ordered April 20, 2020. Should recieved them May 8-5th...almost a month now. My sister also ordered and not recieved. We are not happy. She said they took the money of her card as well.

bought 2 bathing suits at Walmart (memorial Ave) as it turns out I should have looked for a sticker or info on suits indicating whether they were OK to use in chlorinated pools. One lost its colour (Oh Well) BUT the other went transparent (Yes) you could see right through it. (Yikes)

Not the biggest variety in any one section (grocery, electronics, etc.) but as a general store to pick up a variety of things it wins for convenience. Update: subtracting one star because items are placed in the wrong spot resulting in misleading pricing. I shouldn't have to double check UPC codes.

The prices for certain foods are good but it is insane how long of a wait it is go checkout. I dread going just because of the wait. There are dozens of checkouts and only 5 or 6 are open at most.
