Sucks to have to make this because I adore this store so much but I even had to make a google profile for it! Normally this store is amazing, good selection and lovely staff However my recent trip wasn't the greatest. Which is sad because I just joined their loyalty program. The selections were good and fitting room people were accommodating. MY CHECKOUT PERSON WAS HORRIBLE THOUGH! She's a newer cashier I think her name is Karri, I don't think I've had this disappointing of an experience, She was very rude and fake. I think she might be racist as well but the vibes wernt great. Not sure I wanna go back if their cashiers are like that now

HuMmMmmm.... like a knock off budget Winners and Home Sense. Not very impressive nor is it an inviting feel inside this store. I cant put my finger on it... but it just doesn't attract me very well
