I've been going to Bob's Grow Mart since it opened. It's always looking clean and professional. Service is very friendly and efficient. I have a young guy name Eric who normally helps me. He's always on point and quick to recommend solutions to my never end landscaping needs. They can get just about anything you're looking for. If they don't have it, they can order it. It's very nice because i own buildings which require lots of up keep and it is close enough to all my buildings to make this the ideal spot to shop. Right off the 406 and on highway 20, it's minutes away from Niagara, St-Catharines, Pelham/Fonthill, Welland, etc... Check this place out, you won't regret it! I don't normally write reviews but I've been so impressed lately that i had to spread the word!

Only one visit so far, but I will be headed back. Bob was knowledgeable and helpful, and after a week I'm happy to report that my two plants so far - a tomato and a cucumber - are doing very well. Roots are strong and healthy, and I am already looking forward to adding another cucumber plant and a pepper. Can't wait to see how the hydroponic crop compares to traditional crops.

Visited today at about 4 o'clock when my friend cut his hand while we were driving down Highway 20. Terrified, we quickly pulled over to the nearest building. Inside, we were immediately helped with my friend's injury, and provided with a first aid kit immediately. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with our issue; even though we were not customers. Very genuine and kind. I will be happy to do business here, and would definitely recommend.

This place is great!!! I must have asked realistically 10 different questions and they answered them all. I was never made to feel stupid or that he didn't have the time for my inexperience. It is easy to see these people love what they do. their commitment to customer service is proof of that. If they don't have it, they will tell you where to get it. if they do not know the answer to a question, they will find out for your next visit. This is now my ONE STOP SHOP for all my growing needs.

Bob and team has always done an absolutely fantastic job. Right from the first time walking into the store. He takes the time with his clients, and makes sure to intelligently explain crucial details and feedback to any questions you ask! They made me feel absolutely no question is too stupid to ask, and always answered with a smile. Even in the summer months, Bob himself brought out freezies for the family waiting in the car! Overall, always an excellent experience. Their expertise is top level, and prices are super competitive.

Two days in a row I went in here, and all I have to say is this is the most welcoming, knowledgeable place I have yet been to. They talked to me for over an hour making me feel very welcome and only treated me with kindness both times I went in. Overall I had the pleasure of talking with 3 sperate staff members which all seemed like my friends, by the time I had to leave. This store is nothing but people with your best interests at heart, and I can confidently say, no matter where you are in your gardening journey, from novice (like myself) to expert, they can help you. I never felt pressured to buy any of their products or to do something one way or another. If you are looking for quality advice, friendly people, and a variety of products, this store is for you! I cant wait to go back... I just need any excuse haha! I would also like to note that the gentleman helping me talked to me for well over an hour the first time i went in, and even for ten minutes after they were closed! Despite my inexperience they were extremely accommodating. I highly suggest this is your first (and likely last) stop in your growing journey, as this is your all-in-one stop shop. I am glad to give these good people my money any day of the week. Thank you very much Bob- and to all your amazing staff. The air pump is working great!

Bobs grow mart is by far the best hydroponic store I have ever been too, it only are the staff knowledgeable but they offer realistic advice instead of trying to up sale you on stuff you don’t need like other hydroponic sites and stores I’ve been on. The store is conveniently located off the highway and not to worry about big heavy items they are always there to help you load it into your vehicle or load it for you. Local business that does it right some prices are abit more expensive when I looked into things but the tips and tricks that come with the sale is really worth it overall will continue to get all my stuff from here.

I miss Roxy, she’s the sweetest dog alive, so sweet that’s she’s made out of chocolate. ..It’s busier in there now though, so maybe it’s for the better, I wouldn’t want her paws getting stepped on. “Bobs GrowMart! The staff here are great. I had a small problem with a old lighting system. I called and they said to bring the light in, once I arrived they were ready and willing to help. My old wiring was completely fried and they helped me gut and reinstall a new rail. You dont see service like this anymore. 10 out of 10 will recommend.

Not often i leave reviews but i felt bob deserved one, bob has top of the line grow equipment at a fair price, and him and his team were very knowledgable when helping me get started. Don't know why I'm leaving a review because you can see how good they are, but I'd definitely recommend Bob's for all your growing needs. Super patient walking you through things and they are always friendly and eager to answer your questions, even if the answer means they don't make a sale. They offer the knowledge as well as the supplies, but it's the knowledge that puts them ahead of the rest. 10/10 keep up the good work!

I was a first time customer today and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked. Normally I shop online these days but I was out of cal-mag and I did not have the time to wait for a delivery. I had expected to pay a higher price but I ended up paying less then what I would have payed online. The prices are so good I ended up buying some nutrients at a better price then online. I will definitely be returning for all my hydroponic needs in the future, I highly recommend them.

I found Bob very informative, I have been a ten year grower in super soil using grow tent for germination and vegetative then transferring to outdoors with great success. I am now setting up for hydroponics spending time looking for supplies on Amazon and local stores. When I visited Bob's I found all the equipment and supplies I needed and then some. If you consider that some of the supplies on Amazon come from the US the prices are marginally cheaper after exchange but what you don't get is Bob's expertise with no pressure to buy. But will save you from buying not the right equipment. I explained a hydrobubbleonics from Grow Weed Easy free on the web, Bob admitted he didn't see it but was intrigued. Highly recommend a visit to Bob's even just to look around.

Stopped in today and was very happy to see a nice brightly lit store with lots of products available. The place was super easy to find. As I entered the shop I witnessed the guy on duty explaining in detail about pest prevention. As I perused the store listening and learning I couldn't help but notice they had all the big popular brands, and lots of available stock. My own experience dealing with them was great! Very educational and down to earth people! I'll certainly be going back there for all my indoor gardening needs!

Just because I’m new at growing doesn’t give employees the right to talk smack about me to other customers that are my friends. Went in there with a spider mite concern and was made to feel completely stupid. Then I was offered chocolates with mushrooms infused in them. I went in there asking for advice not to buy drugs. I recommend shopping around or just buying online.. The store is trash

Awesome guys awesome products. Dont bother going to a Walmart or something. These guys have the REAL DEAL for growing. My first time growing and at the end of the season I went in with sickly looking plants. The guy helped me right away and got me a product that made my girls just BURSTING with blooms. I had a plant that would not flower no matter what and the 3rd day I used the fertilizer I bought here it happened! I know it was the stuff cause I noticed right away the colour change in the whole plants only after an hour or so. The only thing I added to their routine was to add a teaspoon of this stuff once a day. They told me at the grow mart that the chemicals I used from Walmart were very very diluted and arent what the bottle or box says it is and I believe him after seeing what real plant food does!

Awesome place. If youre into growing your own medicine, this is a must see. They make you feel at home, they are so friendly. I mean, its the only grow shop ive ever been to, and the only one i will go to. Ever. Eric and Bob are just awesome. If you check it out, and are not satisfied, i will eat a tide pod. I went to Bobs last week for my first time, I`ve heard good things of this store form many friends. The store is well stocked with a great assortment of products that are fairly priced. I had some questions about different products, (calibrating pH pen, different nutrients, etc.) and Bob answered all my questions in detail. He and other staff were nice and very informative, taking the time to demonstrate the calibration procedure/steps. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this local grow mart.
