I like this place. Very clean store and friendly staff. Was pleasantly surprised. I go there quite often since I moved here and was hesitant to go there at first. Glad I stopped in. It would be 5 stars but there is limited selection for what I thought would be common items. That being said its still a nice place.

One of my favourite places to frequent for loto tickets. Always taken care of so graciously. Thompson's gem. Blinds installed by them are installed perfectly. For the seamster/sewer in Thompson, it is a well stocked, indispensable source of material and advice.

I am very impressed with the help i found in Giant Tiger yesterday. I asked the only associate I could find (Shannon). She happily helped me to pick out what I needed, and then was kind enough to go with me into the grocery section to help me find an item rather than searching for it. Usually people just point and say to ask someone in that department.

It's a value store. Alot of what they sell is pretty good for its value. They don't refrain you from buying large quantities when they have a sale which is a big plus as I like to buy to stock. Staff are always willing to help.
