Awful and blantant liars in their ads. Cannot be relied on to complete their promise of clearings driveways at 7 am and 5 pm when needed the most. I paid for a whole season and out of three big snow storms they came out a total of 2 times (none today on the biggest snow storm this season). Not one plow at all today and I have emailed four different times to not have one tractor to come and plow my driveway. Do not give them your money, they do nothing for it.

I have been calling Maximum Lawn Care to do a spring clean up for the past couple of years and they do a terrific job. The crew is quick and they do very high quality work. I have a large yard and always recommend MLC to friends when they need a hand. Very reasonable rates and excellent service.

This company is terrible. They rarely come on time to remove snow. We have had 20-30 cm come down and they havent been by in two days and I cannot get into the driveway at all. They never plow before I have to go to work, and luckily my car usually makes it through, but not with this much snow. Last week my parents stopped by and we had to get their car towed out of the driveway because of the amount of snow. Do not recommend this company at all.

Truly disappointing. We have had tremendous snow in the last 2 weeks and they have not passed once. I have called their office over 10 times and left many messages. I have also emailed them repeatedly and I am still waiting for a response. Not one response.

Horrible service all winter. Pre-paid with Max Lawn Care for the 2018-2019 Season for plowing and shoveling. They never show up on time, they never meet their 7am/5pm "guarantee", they never put the snow in the agreed upon locations and they haven't shoveled my property in months despite my having paid for the service. When I call to complain they almost never answer the phone and never return phone calls or emails. This company is TERRIBLE, buyer beware! After pre-paying for the season I now have to remove the snow myself every time it snows otherwise we can't even park in the driveway.

This is our first year using MLC. Our contract was easy to set up and was formulated to fit our needs. Service was very reliable and the company was gracious in accommodating us regarding service dates. Lawn looks a whole lot better and I'm expecting even better results next year.

So far this winter (2017) the service has been worse than terrible. I contracted for seasonal tractor snow blowing. During the big snow storm this week my driveway was blocked all day. I complained at 3:30 p.m. They showed up at 6:30 p.m. and used a parking lot snow plow (note: "plow" not "blower") to clear the driveway. I specifically contracted for tractor snow blowing because I have a stamped concrete driveway which can be damaged with a plow. The concrete surface was scraped by the plow. They also plowed snow onto the road and sidewalk and left a general mess. I complained at 8:00 a.m.today. They said they would clean the snow off the road and sidewalk. Have not yet shown up at 3:15 p.m! The City (not MLC) has finally cleared the sidewalk. MLC advertise that tractor snow blowing will not damage concrete and the operators are skilled at blowing (placing) the snow. But that has not been the level of service I have received. They have a lot of excuses and apologies but seem unable to providing the contracted service during a snowstorm.

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD with a snow removal company. They brag about great service and do two passes if necessary. NOT. They take their payments monthly from my visa but also make sure that they dont show up. Paid over $700/yr and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone at office. They set you up with automatic renewals without your annual authorization. They don't answer phone, nor do they return calls, nor do they respond to online inquiries via their website. I went to their office three times and the guy at the counter seems to be playing games on two monitors and not know anything about the account. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THEM, BUT I SURE HAVE LOTS TO SAY. Brutal service and no stars for these people.

Not the greatest snow removal. They leave huge spots not plowed and huge plow bumps at the end of my driveway too and barely plow the width of my car and my driveway is huge.

They come at 2 in the morning when everyone is parked so our driveway doesn't get plowed as often. Coming at 2 am is also super disruptive since plowing is loud and involves the plow lights. They dumped all of the plowed snow on our side path so we can't even get to our garbage now.

I seem to be pne of the last driveways to be clean for snow blowing .even as of now i really didn't even get my first pass...been calli.g them since Friday morning and yet no answers and emailing them and kist aromatic reply ..midnight and still yard npt cleaned ...over a foot of snow.

This company was a hit or miss when my driveway needed plowing, sometimes they were here in the morning right after it snowed and other times they didn't show at all.. 36 hrs after a heavy snowfall I was still unable to get in or out of my driveway, they came after repeated calling. You take your chance with this company.

Very disappointed when I looked out my window to see barely a quarter of my driveway plowed.. thinking it wasn’t them who had came until my neighbour informed me that they had came and proceeded to drop the snow in his driveway while he was outside when he himself had just finished cleaning his driveway by hand. If I could give less than 1 star I would, better to pay a little more for better quality service.

My parents in Sudbury are elderly and not able to take care of their driveway in the winter. MLC was hired to keep their driveway clean all winter. They did s terrible job and did not come on a regular basis! My father always kept his driveway very clean and well cleared. MLC was a major disappointment and I would not recommend using them ever. Never returned phone calls and never called at the end of the season to see if they were happy or wanted to renew! This company is awful in their work and their customer service!!

I signed up for the seasonal package and they're showing up promptly, coming back to clean up during the big snow storms and even came back after the city plow had blocked my driveway, all the while keeping me updated through email. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP. If I could rate them zero I would have but google doesn't let you. Had them to do snow removal and grass cutting at my home and rental property. Where do I start? Rental property in the winter they were to clean the parking lot and clean sidewalks. Sidewalks never got done ever and this is after meeting with them at the property and agreeing on exactly what needed to be done. Yet they billed me every time it snowed. WRT cleaning the parking lot they blew the snow on top of the garbage that was put at the curb for collection. The city would not collect the garbage because it was buried. I had quite mess on my hands in the spring that needed to be cleaned up by myself. Lawn care, they billed me for cutting the grass without doing the work. I had to bring my lawn mower from home and cut it myself after which they billed me again claiming they cut the grass when in fact I did the work. Home I had prepaid to do aeration and weed killer. I had to call them 4 times and each time they were on there way. They never did show up. I called to cancel all services which confirmed they cancelled. 2 weeks later after I set up services with weed man they came and applied weed killer and billed me again Do not use these people unless you want to be frustrated. whole weeks went by and they never showed up. they didnt honor even one aspect of the contract. the gps tracking is a joke. the 20 min. response never happened. the city plow came by 6 times and my car was burried til spring i have called and emailed and no response annd no annswer nothing i have all wheel drive and snow tires on mmy car but because my driveway is so bad i will take a cab to work and take a cab to get my 70 yr old mom to the dr. appointment. the worst service possible

The provide detailed and constant communication regarding snowfalls and when they will be scheduled to remove snow. we've had our 3rd significant snow fall of the year and so far they have failed to follow through with their "7am guarantee"; as a matter of fact, they never showed up on the first occasion (forgot to inform driver of the address), were late on the 2nd time (mechanical break downs on their machinery) and didnt show up at 7am this 3rd time - ive called and asked to speak to the manager/owner and have not received any call back...seems like their website is misleading as 'sudbury's number one source" for snow removal and their ' 100% satisfaction guarantee" cant be fulfilled when calls are not being returned.
