They seem to be shifting to a lot of items from shoes to pictures, to jewelry for year round sales, with less emphasis on Garden plants. Easy access, nice staff, and lots of interesting items.

It's a nice place with lots of garden decor. I find it has a limited selection of perennials and vegetables though (for exampe, they have tomatoes but not onions). They have an ok selection of shrubs and some popular fruit and lamdscape trees. Their water garden offerings are very poor. Summary, if you are starting out or like the most popular plants that you see in your neighborhood then you are ok to shop at Cozyn's, but if you like less common or unusual plants, you will probably want to go out of town.

really pretty place, clothes are a bit out of price range but there is an amazing variety of plants and its huge! my only wish is if they had more like, rarer plants like shiso/perilla and mugwort, unique and less generic plants. but thats just me, I'm sort of an odd person ????

Grant helps me carry all the heavy items to my car - he is the best. Our family started buying vegetables, fruits, trees and hanging baskets from Cozyns. The staff is knowledgeable about every aspect of gardening, soil, lighting, pH and nutrient requirements. As a daughter of a botanist, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and products! I highly recommend them.

Good product but staff seem absolutely miserable. I felt as if I was inconvenienced one staff person by asking him for assistance with finding a product, and then I tried to make small talk with a cashier only to realize that she had absolutely no personality. BRUTAL shopping experience! Go to Klomps just outside Stratford on Erie Street instead because they have equal product but with much better customer service. There is also a very good garden center in neighbouring Sebringville, ON and the staff are very warm hearted.

I'd give this place less then a star if possible. Went in to get 3 in 1 and fresh soil to top up the garden and was questioned why i need to buy it first then the woman proceeds to lecture me how long she's been gardening for (40 years) and i'm too early and the soil isn't in, although it's in everywhere else just thought i'd give this place some business. She needed to be reminded she doesn't pay the bills at the house. We'll never spend a dime at this place, what a joke!

Best garden Gallery around, they have everything you could possibly need and it is all easy to find as the set up is great! Their staff is always friendly and very helpful and they really know their stuff. I was helped by Aaron and as I am a first time gardener he was really able to help me plant a successful garden, giving me great suggestions on which plants grow best with eachother and which ones to avoid planting together! I strongly suggest this place whether you are a seasoned gardener or a first timer like myself!

Some sores in the Garden Gallery chain place so much emphasis on "stuff" that selections for those who actually garden are, well, less than one might wish. That is not the case at Cosyns, which has a very large inventory of plants, seeds, bulbs and the good stuff that makes them grow. Add friendly, helpful people and it is place to rely upon.
