They ignored my calls, and when I managed to talk to someone, they told me they were coming but they never came back. I had them paid in full before they went away. The employees who felled my trees were nice and worked well, but the word of the owners is worthless. Moving on to another company, I suggest never engaging Taillepro. Ils ont laisser plein de branches et plusieurs biot de bois dans ma cour pendant des semaines. Ils ignorais mes appels, et quand je réussi à parler à quelqu’un, ils me disait qu’ils allaient venir mais il ne sont jamais revenue. Je les avais payer en entier avant qu’ils aille finis. Les employés qui on abattu mes arbres étaient gentil et travaillaient bien, mais la parole de les propriétaires vaut rien. Passer à une autre compagnie, je suggère de ne jamais engager Taillepro.
