Terrible customer service. A man came and looked at our yard TWO times before giving us a quote. After we accepted they scheduled us in. Later that day we came home to an unfinished yard. We called them and asked what happened and they told us we needed to pick up after our dogs more first and they would come back the next day. So we went out that night and then the next day the exact same thing happened and they never called us to explain why they didn’t show up. Very horrible cuustomer communication. And apparently they try to stay away from yards that have dogs (which their website says NOTHING regarding). Not sure why they wasted their time and our time. Very disappointed. We have brought our business elsewhere.

Takes months to return an email or phone call. Even then, they are not helpful and decline work. Always stating “we are not taking new clientele” even after coming to quote my backyard and me signing and accepting the quote. I just did the lawn myself. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
