We ordered over a hundred packages of Bio film for our community garden and were very happy with the friendly service and prompt delivery of the product. We ordered supplies from Dubois last year and were always surprised by how quickly the deliveries got to us, considering we were out in the middle of nowhere. This year we are buying a pump/irrigation system from them and I just wanted to comment on the great quality of customer service we're getting from them. friendly on the phone, remembers your name and question when you follow up, calls back on the same day when you request a call back, and is clear and respectful when I was asking for advice/guidance. So far, very happy with dubois!

I contacted Dubois to help me put together a drip irrigation system for our large garden. Colton got back to me right away and asked me for some parameters. He put everything together for me in no time at all. Communication was excellent. Colton definitely has a lot of expertise in the field. Prices are fair. Would highly recommend.
