A little outdated in terms of looks but it is perfectly clean and the staff is welcoming, would go again no doubt, also a very nice view for the same price as hotel without the view.

Room was dated, cigarette burns in sheets...smelt like darts. Walls were paper thin, could here one guy snoring to my right and a domestic dispute to my left. Would not recommend. Go next door to Chateau Arnaud.

(Translated) Hotel to avoid !!! although we booked a suite and had the receptionist repeat it twice when booking two weeks before my stay, when we arrived the reservation was not made correctly. We were given a poor non-renovated room, far from what I requested. After discussion with the reception, we were relocated to the spa rooms. Although very beautiful and clean, these rooms are extremely poorly soundproofed. As a result we hear the neighbor farting in his room and we were not able to get any semblance of restful sleep. Only consolation, the maintenance staff who came to fix something immediately after the complaint, the receptionist who gave us a discount for the room and the restaurant of the hotel which is serves good quality food which I give a 2 star despite my extremely poor stay. Worse than that, my father-in-law had also reserved a renovated room on his arrival, surprise, no reservation for him! In short, hotel to avoid !!! (Original) Hôtel à éviter!!! bien que nous ayons réservé une suite et que j'ai fait répéter la réceptionniste à deux reprises lors de ma réservation à deux semaines de mon séjour, lors de notre arrivé la réservation n'avait pas été effectué correctement. On nous avais donner une chambre médiocre non rénové, loin de ce que j'avais demandé. Après discussion avec l'accueil, on nous a relocalisé dans les chambres du spa. Bien que très belle et avec une bonne propreté, ces chambres son extrêmement mal insonorisé. Résultat on entend le voisin pété dans sa chambre et nous n'avons pas été en mesure d'avoir un semblant de sommeil réparateur. Seul consolation, le personnel de maintenance qui est venu réparer quelque chose immédiatement après la plainte, la réceptionniste qui nous a accordé un rabais pour la chambre et le restaurant de l'hôtel qui est sert une bouffe de bonne qualité se qui fait que je donne un 2 étoiles malgré mon séjour extrêmement médiocre. Pire que sa, mon beau père avait aussi réservé une chambre rénové à son arrivé, surprise, aucune réservation pour lui! Bref, hôtel à éviter!!!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was fantastic. The staff were friendly. The room was a little dated, but the hotel its currently undergoing renovations, so hopefully that will change. Overall I would stay here again.
