Great quality sod and topsoil with fair prices and on time delivery. I highly recommend the soil in the 1 yard tote bag, so much less mess. I also like that they have the bigger wider rolls of sod, got the job done much faster.

They made a simple mistake of delivering half (!) the amount of sod I needed. To complete my job I had to go there hours later and load my car full of filthy sod (the whole point of delivery) because they could not come back to complete the order for 2 more days. After spending $800 in a week with them I asked for consideration of the fact that the $50 delivery was not useful to me. They tried very hard to imply that they were not at fault but I think most homeowners who (correctly) measure their yard expect the right amount of material to be delivered. I fully admit I was angry, but I was neither unpleasant or unreasonable, and after being charged the full price was clear that I would not be back. On the way out the door I was told that maybe they would have done something before my “tirade”. That was not helpful and seemed quite vindictive to me. I’ll be finding another east-end family business to support.

Had topsoil and sod delivered a couple of times. Sod is great quality and my backyard looks fantastic. Sod took very well and no more weeds! Each roll covers 10 square feet so less work than smaller rolls!

I needed to get materials to construct a retaining wall on my property. Villacii's staff were really knowledgeable and helpful when calculating the amount or materials I needed. if you need delivery, its 50 dollars for up to 7 cubic yards of anything you need delivered. I purchased 3 cubic yards of 3/4 inch gravel that came in 3 bags for 115 dollars and 126 cinder blocks priced at 2.75 a piece. Its the same quality if not better than big box stores. If you need top soil or manure for your garden they sell bags around 3-5 bucks. Overall, I'm quite happy I found these folks and went through them. My DIY retaining wall could of been harder if I dealt with a big box store and probably pay more as well.

Once I set foot in Villa .....the ambiance was paramount a stellar/friendly staff atmosphere with just the right amount of light, as to not be too overbearing.
