Liar and gives fake promises. Always excuses on why he cannot come, and then blames the weather, truck breakdowns, and family events. Its been 2 months now, and he hasn't finished the work. Will lie and promise you that he will show up early in the morning, and never does. Random people show up on my property to collect his equipment, and they informed me that he has a reputation of taking up several projects at the same time. Will leave his garbage on the driveway and the street w/o procuring permits. I got a Violation notice by the city, due to him leaving the gravel on the street for several days, and he did not even come to take / remove it after I sent him a picture of the notice. Will tell lies and promise you that the work will be done in 2-3 days, and once you give him a payment, he will be a no show. And once you pay him, he will tell you on your face that he cannot come to do the work the entire day, and will show up randomly to do 1-2 hours of work and then disappear again for the entire week. Was my mistake on not looking up reviews before giving him my money. Hopefully this can help someone else on not getting cheated by him. This dude can lie with a straight face!!!! Dont Trust him!!!!

This man is a scammer. Do not give him any money. He will take your money and not finish the job. Gave wrong address too. Begged me to pay him in full so that he could pay his workers and never returned to finish the job. Keeps on making promises to come but never does.
