If you love damaged property hire this company! Their snow removal is careless, operates fast and recklessly to the point they damaged our vehicle. Get paid on a per lot basis and working this fast to accomplish their work they damaged property. When brought to their attention they denied any wrongdoing, despite clear evidence of the trucks bucket scraping our back bumper and passenger side of the vehicle. As I said, if you want damaged property, then to be called a liar, this is the company for you! Edited: Their response to my complaint is again another way to cover their incompetence, stating they have no record of an account under my name. It would however, be under the name of our apartment's operating company and not our personal names to which they already know.

TERRIBLE COMAPNY! The snow removal hit the rear bumper of my car, and scratched up the right hand side along the passenger doors. I contacted the company to which they blatantly said I was lying, their driver didn’t do anything and another car must have. Meanwhile, I have a corner parking spot and to the side I was hit another driver couldn’t have. There was fresh paint missing, and dents to the whole right side of my vehicle. Poor work, and even poorer customer service. I will be pursuing this further, don’t use this company if you value your property or that of somebody else’s. They said they do not have an account record under my name, because I live in an apartment complex and it would be registered to them, not me.
