Such great service my lawn has never looked so good and the unlimited weed control was my favourite part about my service. As well as they told me how to properly water my lawn so I ended up saving money on my bills! My grass has never looked so green, the technicians were quick and efficient as well as a pleasure to talk to and were very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to see my trees start to grow like crazy from the deep root fertilizer that they did in the fall!

I have been using Green Drop for three years and will sign up for a fourth in 2018 based on the service and communication I have received from Kyle. I have had to call him because one of his employees was telling him things were done when they weren’t and he rectified the situation immediately.

Beware of Green Drops quality of workmanship. After the first treatment , the lawn starting looking good, weeds soon disappeared. Later on when 2nd treatment was to take place I was not around to babysit the job they claim they do. Its wasn't long before weeds reappeared. We've now been in a back and forth battle to get the treatment we've paid for. I would not recommend this company.

I struggle with my backyard as I have two big dogs. The manager came tommy house and spoke to me about the condition of the yard. He let me know it was not an easy fix but if I was willing to take the mid grade package and follow watering and mowing directions that in 2-3 months I would have a beautiful yard. I thought the watering schedule was a bit much but the results were spot on

They are a safe and reliable group. I in particular am very satisfied with their service. They are competent and always on-time. Their suggestions are also very helpful with regards to lawn care. I've had them for many years and will continue using their service. My lawn has been at its best since they came and took care of it.

Wow !!!! Like everyone else, I've done weed control & fertilizing myself before. But I've never been able to get my lawn this GOOD!! Not a single weed anywhere. The grass turned out wonderfully green! I highly recommend them.

Many issues with appointments set but nobody to show up. Lack of insight on workers behalf... weeds not taken care of, parking on street blocking my driveway and excuses that they couldn’t show up because of dogs in yard when they could have knocked on the door and dogs could have been minded. Overall very disappointing service for 2019. Wouldn't recommend services.

The actual lawn care was good but the service was awful. I had to constantly call to see when they were coming after I could see that they had recently completed my next door neighbour's service. THE WORST PART is when I didn't want the service the next year they automatically renewed which was NOT part of the contract. I was able to cancel ahead of the service but I find this type of business practice particularly offensive.

We had a gift certificate for a 1 year treatment plan, the first session was great, killed the weeds lawn was looking great. But later in the summer when 2nd treatment was planned for, we were not around and the lawn care was awful. Weeds were not sprayed and looked horrible. We are now in a back and forth battle to get more treatments done for what was missed. I do not recommend this company and will never get Green drop again. You just lost a potential client. Also for people looking to get them, I would advise to make sure to be home so they would do the proper work that they claim to do.

Last year the service was absolutely brutal. This year we worked out an agreement with green drop to give them another chance with our business. They were worse then last year. They set a date that they are coming and on more then one occasion didn’t even come and still sent the service completion email. If they came They must be so fast that our cameras cannot catch them applying the fertilizer . I have called in to speak to a manager but just get the run around and to date have never received a call back ... our lawn looks worse then when we signed up with green drop! PEOPLE DO NOT GO WITH GREEN DROP !

I love how easy it is to use their website, easy pay link that it brings you to. They sent me all info via email. Onpaper wasted . I would have a sign in the lawn and a email Letting me know what was done. Looking forward to my beautiful yard again!

We ordered green drop for first time this year. They came once to reseed in May. Then again to fertilize but because they could not open our gate for the back yard, they never did ANY of it. We then called and told them that we have a latch and the gate will open (thought most gates have a latch). They said they would be around in 5 business day. Those days went by and no Green Drop. After three more phone calls (one month later) and no fertilizer we decided to cancel our "satisfaction guaranteed contract". They would only refund the money for the services that were not provided. In my opinion that is not 100% satisfaction or your money back. So save your money and or hire the kijiji guy because this service was not worth our time and money.

I live out in osler green drop started offering service out here 4 years ago. We had a hiccup with scheduling one year I spoke to the manager and he promised that the 2017 season would go without a hiccup. I gave them another chance and they were spot on with the service and quality. Beautiful results

I am a renter in Saskatoon my landlord highered green drop to look after the yard. I must say I never understood the whole “barefoot in the yard.”But after walking through the grass mid July, man did the grass ever feel like a mattress for my feet

I seen a green drop worker in my area. I asked if they could tell me how much to aerate my lawn. They came over and let me know they could do it right now and I could pay by cheque. I might use there services for more after the good experience

So far there is nothing good about this company. Contacted them..said they'd be here that evening. Didn't show up til the following week. I told them I couldn't find my cheque book so would use cash. I had to ASK for a receipt. Days later a guy shows up to spray and it's quite obvious he doesn't have any knowledge about plants or chemicals. Then they send a bill -- I had already paid cash. 5 weeks later I contact them to see when the next spray would be because this guy told me he would be back in 2 weeks. The woman told me that he was wrong and they don't come back for 5 to 6 weeks. ...and could I send a THEM a copy of MY receipts because they didn't have one (?????!!!) But they do have my email address and phone number. I finally call calgary. .talk to the guy there and he says he'll get the district manager to call me back same day. Nothing. Finally the guy does show up. No marker. .nothing to show that he was here except an email. Not much fertilizer used. No weeds sprayed in the gravel surrounding the yard or house or driveway...I contact them again and they say they only spray the turf...BUT for an extra 70+ dollars they could. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company!

I was excited to have them come out and take care of my lawn but so much work on my part just to get them to do what they said they would. The salesman also wanted to put my credit card number on his spreadsheet, because that's really secure. Very unorganized company and they didn't complete what they said they would so I have to cancel my contract.

I have used green drop for a couple years I recently moved to a home that doesn’t have grass just rock . I was dreeding the summer as their was a lot of weeds throughout the rock. I called to cancel my green drop as I no longer had grass. They let me know they could help with vegetation control on my new home. This saved me countless hours of crawling on my knees and hauling barrels of rock to clear the weeds. Thank you green drop
