We had the most amazing experience with Cass and Taylor at Common Ground YXE. They were extremely creative and thoughtful when designing our front and back yards. Every aspect of our garden design was carefully thought out based on a number of factors: the architectural makeup of our property; access (or lack there of) weather components such as sunlight/rain/wind; the soil and existing plant quality; and most importantly, our lifestyle as the property's owners. The selection of plants was a collaborative process between our personal preferences and what's native to central Saskatchewan climate. We trust that our plants will thrive based on Cass and Taylor's ecological expertise. We learnt so much through their work and we're so excited to recommend them to everyone we know! Their work conduct is professional and extremely efficient. They are so passionate and hardworking, even in the hottest of summer days. We were so impressed with Common Ground YXE and look forward to watching their business grow and succeed for years to come.

We had such a wonderful experience with Cass and Taylor! They were incredibly collaborative and meticulous when it came to the design of our front lawn, helping change the space from monoculture turf grass to the native, drought resistant, and regenerative garden of our dreams. They worked on our space on the hottest of days this year with nary a complaint and did such a fantastic job. Also, bonus points to their adorable dog who is the world's best at fetch. We've met so many neighbours in the past few weeks as they stopped to compliment us and chat about how we have transformed the lawn. Cass and Taylor came up with the idea to install gardens at my apartment building. Not only have they made the property beautiful it has appreciated the value as well!! They designed the front gardens with perennial plants, trees and bushes. The design draws you into the property but also gives privacy to the tenants when they are enjoying the outdoors from the balconies or the front steps. They designed the back gardens keeping the tenants in mind. The back is more of a private garden with stepping stones and edible gardens for the tenants to use and enjoy! There are herbs, apples, berries, edible flowers and so much more!! Brilliant! I used Cass and his crew over the past 4 years at my apartment buildings. They have repaired the grading around the buildings, installed mulch, removed and pruned trees and do the Spring Clean Ups. The work is perfection! I am surprised every year at quality of the work and the positive impact it has to the look of the properties. They are always professional, provide great pricing and quick to respond to my needs. Im excited to see the new planters they are designing this year!! Great work Cass!

We enjoyed working with the Common Ground crew. We wanted our backyard lawn area brought back to life. Cass and his team were amazing. They listened to what we wanted and provided a quote in a timely manner. The work was done quickly and done well. We always got email updates on when they were coming to work. Cass and Taylor listened to our wants and needs, made great suggestions and created a beautiful and comprehensive long term plan for our acreage. They efficiently executed phase 1 of the plan , discussing any changes as necessary. It was fascinating to watch the evolution from plan to garden. They educated us on the plants and why they were chosen. They are very passionate about and committed to permaculture design and regenerative gardening, which shows in their work. We are looking forward to watching this garden grow and continuing to work with Cass and Taylor to complete the plan for our acreage. Would highly recommend hiring them.
