Saskatoon's first Community Gardren established in 2002 on City property (Wilson Park). It's development and success encouraged many other similar gardens to become established thanks in part to a city policy that arose from this experience, and the active support of CHEP. This mural, by local artist Dave Geary, captures location, season, geology, and most importantly, wildlife associated with the river and railway corridors nearby.
