High-quality product; professional conduct by all employees; well-managed site, including excellent end-of-day clean-up; responsive owner/operator willing to do walkthroughs regularly as work progresses; responsive to changing needs; no task to small for personal attention. Several times, things didn't work out quite as intended because of unexpected discoveries (drainage issues, changes in needs due to other construction), but this team took it in stride and managed it well.

We had our landscaping done for our yard this past fall, and working with Jonathan and his crew was great. They were able to take a few of our vague and rough ideas, along with a terrible sketch we'd done, and turn our yard into an oasis. The crew was polite and courteous, and always left our yard as tidy as could be while they were doing their work. They were great about communicating what they were doing, and were adaptable when coming up with unexpected issues. Jonathan also had plenty of great suggestions to make our yard even better than we could have imagined on our own. We've received numerous compliments at how well the project turned out, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Of note, when we had a minor issue with our underground sprinkler in the spring, Jonathan was quick to schedule us in, despite his ongoing new projects. We really appreciated the attention to detail and great customer experience Jonathan and his crew provided.

It has been a couple of years since my first meeting with Jonathan Ahlstedt. Even in the middle of winter with a yard covered in snow he had a vision for what I wanted and I could tell from his plans that he would create a great living space for me and my family. Jonathan really listened to what I wanted and then added his own creativity to the process so that my finished back yard was better than I envisioned. He had a tight timeline to follow and had to work around other contractors, and he did so with ease. This year, we had an initial meeting to discuss the front area of my home and Jonathan immediately put his creative mind to work again. He heard what I wanted and set to work with his team to develop something beautiful and unique. I am extremely happy with the work he did for me and the final results are wonderful! In both circumstances, Jonathon was very accurate with his estimates and was upfront about any additional costs due to changes that I chose to make. We had our landscaping done by them 3 years ago and we loved it, the sprinklers timer thing had broken this summer for no reason. He called me back said "The timer only has one year manufacture warranty on it, but I will only charge you for my time here!' Just like that for a job he has done 3 years ago, we got a free new timer for our back yard sprinklers! For a job he has done 3 years ago, He came back for it!

Hired them to regrade my backyard to solve a water problem, bring in top soil, install underground sprinklers, and sod everything. I got several quotes for the work but they were the only ones that actually showed up and talked to me about what I wanted done. They made very helpful suggestions to solve my water problem and get my yard the way I wanted it. The other guys stopped by, peaked over the fence and sent me a quote. They started the work on time and finished within the time frame we discussed. They also went above and beyond building a little stone area where the underground sprinklers go underground and using paving stones as transitions between gravel and grass areas. These extra touches really add that cared for look to my backyard. Even with these extras they came in at the agreed upon price. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. You will not be disappointed.
