Great place, friendly staff, good prices, and right by my house! Bought this cute little guy for $3.99 as I was biking and couldn't carry much, but I will have to go back with a vehicle on the weekend; there was some tempting multi-flower sunflowers and sooo much more???? Edit: have been back a couple times both on my bike and in a vehicle, I absolutely love this place! Have most of my garden greens in place now, good prices and all grown locally which is very nice since you often (usually) get 2 or 3 veggie sprouts in each pot/starter as opposed to always just getting 1 at other commercial operations (who doesn't love freebies?). For example, I bought a 4 pack starter of super sweet 100 tomatoes for $2.99 and now have 7 of these lovely tomatoes planted.

TLDR Version: Go see Adam!!! The guy was an absolute beauty and spent time walking my wife and I through what we were looking for. LONG Version: I don't know very much about plants or landscaping, so trying to figure out what works with what, or where it goes (sun/shade) is a nightmare. Complete "common sense" for some is a foreign language to me when it comes to greenery. I knew 1 fancy word thanks to google... "Variegated" ... With just that word, Adam was able to take control and walk us through suggestions we didn't know existed. Even without having a lot of experience or knowledge of the industry, it was easy to tell that this store is on the pricey side... It was the 3rd place we visited and some items we wanted were double the price of other places. Adam did a fantastic job explaining and justifying the price difference by selling the company he works for and giving examples of why quality has a cost. PS. Outstanding mustache and hair. 10/10.

I absolutely adore this garden centre/greenhouse. They have great items for sale, in addition to an abundance of plants. I always come here if I don’t know what else to buy for a gift for my relatives who all love their yard/garden. Friendly staff and great location in my opinion!

I have been shopping here for shrubs fruit trees and other garden supplies for years! Unfortunately after today's telephone conversation I won't be back.! I was inquiring about a shrub I wanted to come purchase the lady only kept directing me to the website! She interrupted every question I had.The reason I called was I wasn't driving in 50 miles if they didn't have it in stock.It is with great sadness I post this as they have been so good in the past!

I bought 10 trees from the lakeshore center last year for my acreage and some of them did not survive the winter. I called the store today and they told me no refund or credit without the original receipt, even if I provide them with My visa statement showing that. To me they know customers can not keep the receipt for a year so they bet on that do not have to replace or refund the customers.
