Great Service and Workmanship is what comes to mind when doing business with Janzen Earthscaping! Bob Janzen's team built 2 fences and laid sod at my home in Saskatoon, during the winter he also does occasional snow removal at my residence. I would do business with this company again.

I ordered top soil for delivery at 9:30 am. 10 am rolls around and I texted Bob and said he'd call his driver and call me back. He called me back and said driver fell behind. That delivery will be made in 30 to 45 minutes. Ok. Bob called back 30 minutes later and reassured me product is being loaded as we speak. Delivery was made by 11:25 am and the driver was apologetic and kind. Bob gave me a small discount for the wait. I thought that was nice and considerate. I will buy from them again. Thank you.

Edit: Bobby got in touch ASAP after leaving this review. Since we still needed sod, we decided to move forward with Janzen. There was lots of communication, sincere apologies for the communication errors, and to fix the problem, he got us in right away. We no longer have the worst grass on the street, we now have the best grass on the street! Was recommended to use Janzen by Tuff Turf as we needed sod installed. Called Bobby and initially was great. Got my details, communicated easily and sent me my quote. When I said I wanted to go ahead with the job, he said he would schedule me in, and let me know what the date would be. After that - he ghosted me. I emailed multiple times, and left 2 voicemails, but no reply to anything. Just really sucked, because by the time I tried to book someone else, they were booked up.

As inexperienced do-it-yourselfers, we mistakenly ordered much less soil than what we actually needed. On delivery, they offered their expert opinion and went above and beyond to figure out how much we would actually need for the job we were doing. He even made sure we had the additional soil within an hour to finish our landscaping! Very professional and friendly - would highly recommend!!
