The staff is polite and patient on the phone, But this business requested costumer to wear mask while the two staff in the building/ greenhouse that arrange pick up orders didn’t bother to wear mask at all with the costumer inside the building with them. most likely would not go back. would rather to pay more to get my plants at other stores that follow proper guideline during pandemic.

Overpriced, not a great selection, and they don't even offer a warranty on the plants they charge a premium for? Way better greenhouses in this city!
