If you use them get exact dimensions and written itemized quote. They did “upgrades” without even notifying us and changed plans without consent. I am disappointed in front deck, did not received what I was promised/quoted. Will not use them again.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job with a stamped concrete patio we got in place of a worn out and rotten deck. We also got a large covered overhang to provide shade built off the house and some fencing replaced. We really love the job southwest did and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

This was amazing! The installers were on time, friendly and they did a wonderful, beautiful job. The colours he helped me pick out were perfect. I could not be more pleased with this entire process, start to finish. It was not cheap but it was definitely worth every penny. If you are thinking of having a deck installed, go with Southwest Fence and Decks, you will not regret it.

Extremely happy with their work. With our initial contact with Jeff Cox to his site visits and his expert opinion of what was best for our deck/fence/yard, he helped us to achieve our goals. The crew, mainly Greg and Jacob, did beautiful work. Very talented craftsmen. The weather caused some delay but that was to be expected. The personalized plan that we required was executed beautifully, from design to final build. I would highly recommend Southwest.

Very good work when it gets done. Little to no communication at all. Everything organized last minute. Doesn't plan work ahead of time so you can plan to be around the house. Say they will get back to yeah and never hear back from them unless you keep calling them. Update: Had somebody come and look at the work that needed to be done. Said they would get back. Never did. Called back every other week since and they say the would get back to me and nothing. They just keep lying. Update: Keep calling and still no response back. Still haven't finished their work with the promise of finishing a year ago after I paid. Leaving electrical exposed to the elements. Not replacing tress that died in a week.

The team just put in a driveway extension and sidewalk. Great job, very professional, cleaned up immediately after pouring and leveling the cement. Also put in soil and grass the next day. Awesome job! We highly recommend Southwest.

Spent a lot of money did driveway from front to back of property. First rain we had flooded basement because cement grade was pitched back towards the house when should be away from house. Asked for a solution said I've had to pay again after spending $12 000. Less then a year later had to pay another company to fix it proper. When dug up concrete told us rear was in wrong spot. Not happy with southwests job. Didnot stand by thier warranty.

Cannot even get an estimate. I booked an appointment for the estimate and no one showed up on the day. I called and was informed that they can't find my appointment in the system. How good of the work they would do if they can't even arrange the appointments.
