First time ina long time going there. I am a huge gardener lover and this place is 5 stars. They put Degroots Garden Centre almost to shame with way lower prices and way better selection of unique plants. By comparing both places of what I wanted to buy I calculated a 30 dollar savings.

DO NOT USE ONLINE SERVICE I ordered on-line, put my credit card details in and it was declined, then the next morning the charge went through my credit card. I call and ask what is going on and why this happened and when can i get my product i ordered. They tell me its my problem and wait a couple of days to see if they can find the transaction. Hey genius, the money from visa comes everyday automatically so you already have my money. I now have to spend who knows how long with my bank to get these charges reversed. CROOKS - i hope karma comes and takes a bite, i wonder how many others have had money stolen from them.

Sipkens Nurseries is a favourite of our entire family. The environment is absolutely beautiful throughout the year and we can always count on exceptional flowers, shrubs, landscaping ideas, unique gifts and wonderful service from the outstanding Sipkens team. I especially love the Christmas season at Sipkens. The festive atmosphere is filled with holiday ideas and unique decorations. Every visit is always special!

Good big nursery, great staff. They were out of a few things like no Halapeno pepper plants . Early in the season to be out . Prices aren't to bad but they can be overpriced on a lot of essentials like pots and containers.

Do not go with your children if you want to go inside. I got denied because I had my daughter in her carseat stroller and was told nobody under 16, that was fine until I realized it was a biased opinion and saw another baby in there stroller and 2 other kids well under 16. Waste of my time coming all the way from Corunna. When I pointed out there were other babies and children inside 2 of the employees mocked me.

Definitely the best greenhouse in Lambton. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The plants are always healthy, and the selection is huge. They carry lots of Laguna pond accessories and a good assortment of pond plants.

Sipkens came just before we moved and picked up all my plants. They took them back to the shop and replanted and revamped all my large houseplants. Susan sent me pictures as she worked keeping me updated on her progress. They delivered the plants to our new house and everything looks great. They even bonsaied a 10 year old verigated fig that came in a funeral basket when my mother passed on. They were caring and careful and brought my plants the attention they needed. I would recommend them for any landscaping or planting needs. Very satisfied!

Amazing large-scale patio and landscaping project implementation. Well designed, well costed, use of high quality materials, listened and integrated feedback in design, extremely thorough space preparation prior to setting of final surfaces. Work-crew keeps site very clean and orderly - and work long days to get the job done. Mark and Chris are very knowledgeable in design, layout, textures, lighting, plants and trees. We highly recommend them for large scale patio and landscaping projects.

Saturday July 4th was my 1st visit to Sipkens Nurseries and wow what a plant lovers dream come true. Great variety of products and even more important great customer service. SME (Subject Matter Expert) Jasmine was passing by and asked if I needed any help. Being new to plants and flowers I put my trust into Jasmine and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I should mentioned that I wasn't there to make any big purchases to which Jasmine advised all our customers are given the same service ( big or small). She showed me products and items that were geared to my budget. I felt guilty tying up Jasmine's time but she replied it's OK take your time and I'm here to help answer your questions. I had to return on Monday to return a saucer (bottom of planter to catch excess water) that was to small and there was no hassle. I even asked a couple of SME about improperly trans planting my Palm Tree. I had used that gardening black cloth to line the bottom of planter which unfortunately I was told by the SME's wouldn't let the water through to the catch saucer. . The SME's pointed out that that black cloth was more for surface weed control. Ooops my inexperience. The SME's suggested that I pierce the black cloth though the holes in the bottom of the planter to allow water to pass though. This would save a lot of time trying to get the black cloth out of the bottom of the planter. I did try that when I got home and it worked. I highly recommend Spikens for their products, reasonable prices and outstanding service.

Sipkens have done work for my wife & I on 4 separate occasions. The last experience we had with Sipkens was a huge disappointment. They made errors on the charges - called us two times for more money. One of the workers sent to our home had very poor customer service skills - my wife was actually uncomfortable with his behavior. I immediately reported the problem. We disputed the second charge for additional money they wanted but ended up paying them out of frustration. In our opinion, Sipkens quality of service has really gone downhill. Be careful when considering them for your next project.
