Very good company to deal with never disappointed me.

Unreliable, inefficient and poor customer service. Irrigation system was activated but sprinklers were not adjusted correctly. We were promised the technician would return to fix the problem. The office staff never called back with a date and time the technician would come. When I called spoke to the lady in the office to ask why no one had called or come to fix the system I was told "We are very busy and short staffed. We will send someone as soon as possible." A professional office staff will look at the scheduling and give a date and time. She never bothered to give a definite date. What kind of company works like this? "We will send someone as soon as possible" Is that in two days, a week...when and which day? The If they are very busy and short staffed they shouldn't be taking on so many contracts as we, the clients, have to deal with manually watering the spots in the lawn and garden where the water isn't reaching. You can't tell if all areas are getting water coverage until the system has worked overnight for the full duration. Then, and only then, you will notice dry un-watered areas. I will not use this company again nor refer them for irrigation services. The office staff is very incompetent and unprofessional.
