I took my mom's power washer in to Mike's small engine repair to be fixed. Asked him to get it working. He asked what was wrong with it, no clue I live out west and my mom had asked me to drop it off because it wasn't working, she has no clue either. So... he fixed a perfectly good engine, charged my mom, never tested it to see if it worked.... He said he doesn't work on pumps only the motor, wish he had told us that as the motor was never the issue. Now I have to leave, mum still has no working pressure washer just a broken pressure washer with a slightly cleaner carb. No refund Thanks bud smh

A few weeks ago I had trouble starting my 10.5 HP snow-blower and just about burned out the electric starter as it was very hard to start. I took it to Mikes for service. Instead of ordering a new electric starter ($200.00) Mike put a new gear on it and also did a tune-up. He guaranteed it would start on the second pull "by hand". Today with the temp at -6 the blower started on the first pull by hand!! Great service and competitive pricing.

I dropped a backpack leaf blower off and a recoil for a push mower for repairs. 3 weeks go by i get a call the blower and recoil are fixed but nobody called with estimate and bill was high. I go to pick up these things the blower won’t start. I waited 45 mins while they were making some Adjustments. They have it running mike turns it off and it won’t start again. Says he is taking new parts off and I am sol. Why did you call and say it was fixed. Clearly not. Also put fixed recoil on and all the cord came out first pull not impressed. Will never go back.

I had just filled the lawn more to full. Not knowing I would have to take it in for repair. Got it back the next day. Oil nice and clear, but a empty gas tank. Also it still puts out a fair bit of white smoke.
