Went in to get some water today. NON of the staff were wearing a mask. They were even out assisting customers, laughing and shaking hands. Very unprofessional. We are in the middle of a pandemic. You have all these signs allover your parking lot and inside your business stating to practice social distancing and how only so many people are allowed in your store at a time, but not a mask in site.

Worst phone customer service in Sarnia! They will hang up on you. Reply: no, I was just hung up on that day for no reason. I think the lady was in a rush to go do something very important. I also had a full jug leak all over my floor from a bad seal, thanks for switching those out anyways

Apart from their potable water and ice supply systems Kern Water is a long standing "expert" store for in-ground sprinkler systems and landscape lighting. Check them out if you're in need of assistance on these.

Love our water from Kern. We always go on Mon or Tues to fill our own bottles. $3 a bottle, between 5-7pm. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Had them work on my irrigation system which was old and not working as it should - lots of problem areas not getting enough water, garden plants in the way, leaky sprinkler heads, etc. Couldn't be happier with the results - guys that came to do the work were excellent and made a lot of helpful suggestions - system has never worked this well.

I just had the irrigation system installed. Katie was great to communicate with, Tom did a great job planning the sprinkler locations, and the crew did such an amazing job of installing. I am so impressed with the work (I can’t even tell they were working in the yard!). From the young man who swept my drive at the end of the job, to the gentleman who helped access the water meter, to Cory who explained the control unit, to those working in the yard - all are exemplary ambassadors for Kerns. My yard is a place of refuge for me and I am so grateful for all the employees at Kerns who have made this an even greater enjoyment.

Paid a deposit on 4 used bottles. One started leaking two weeks later and when I tried to exchange it, the big lady said "we won't take it back" and "it's a chance everyone takes". Moral of this story: if returning a broken bottle, tell them you simply don't need it and want a refund. Water is $3/jug all week long at Culligan on Confed. MUCH better service!
