Worst auction ever. Here is an advice for the auction owner. Check all electronics before putting them on Auction. I bought and picked up a keyboard and it looked brand new. When I looked inside keyboard, I took all keycaps to clean inside keyboard. There was bunch of hairs and somebody spilled something inside keyboard. Also one day I bought galaxy watch 46mm. Everything was good, but watch didn't make any sound. Please inspect electronics very carefully next time.

Very good at following covid restrictions. Bank machine with sanitized after every use. Everyone maintained a 6-ft distance and wear a mask. Bidding online is super easy, there are many good deals to be had

Spent roughly 30 weeks buying from this auction weekly. The staff is really good and they are pretty clear about as-is items or return policy. However, almost none of the electronics stuff works and you have to take the time to return it. If you don’t make it in the short window, you’re stuck with junk. As I said, they are clear about this policy but I spent too much time returning stuff, it’s not worth buying from this auction. In my opinion (which really isn’t very educated on how they or other auctions run) they should spend time testing items rather than put the burden on the customer to test and return. You might like trying to find the diamond in the rough, but I’m my experience, they are VERY few and far between. For that reason, I’m out.

This place is great. I buy things from here weekly and have found some amazing deals saving hundreds. These are all online returns that are bid on and auctioned off. Sometimes they are not working and the auction company does their best to inspect but hard to tell sometimes. They are excellent with returns and are very clear in the auction process what is non returnable. This has been great for all sorts of items for me from clothes to electronics, especially with the pandemic not being able to browse stores.

I've been a loyal customer since they where on Exmouth St. Never missed an auction. I have even bought from London Location. Well went on vacation and was 1 day late picking up my items and they where unavailable really??? Not to mention the past few weeks picking up my items I have to make 2 trips as the forget half my items. Will be checking out more of Makenzies for my items thanks Gardner!

Staff is friendly. Items are hit or miss with whether it works, is undamaged or complete as it's frequently not indicated. Be careful to inspect the photos of your purchases and the product upon purchasing because the return policy is awful.

Actively purchase from this auction almost every week. Great staff, Great products. Items can be a gamble, so as long as you do your due diligence and try them out after purchasing, the Staff is very fair on returns. Which does Not happen often in this type of industry. Excellent friendly service. The staff here are quick and efficient. There isn't normally a big wait, even after 430 when people are off work. The auctions yield some nice items. They have no problem taking stuff back if there's an issue and you didn't buy it "as is". Definitely will be back after buying more things we need in the future. 5/5.

A lot of items are missing pieces or incomplete. Make sure to pick up and inspect your items ASAP. Not much time to return the item if it is broken or missing parts

*BEWARE BUYER* When you buy electronics from here, make sure to inspect them before leaving from auction. They gave me old version of electronics instead of new version. This is not first time they are doing it. I think they are drunk or something like that. For example, when I picked up, they gave me regular galaxy buds instead of 2nd version galaxy buds. Also, funny thing is after that galaxy buds were defective. What a waste of money.
