Went there to get a product right before they closed one day and they told me a product was safe for my gardening needs .. I emailed the product company and they told me that product was not intended for what it was sold for .. went back and told them what company said and wanted to swap out for the right stuff .. sorry no returns and they pulled out and folded up sign that said no refunds... waste of time uneducated staff and expensive

Forget this place. I would usually go here if my main go to store didnt have the soil I like instock, I bought bags here before, which are kinda pricey but thats not the reason for the 1 star. The last bags of soil I got from here (Fox Farm Ocean Forest) was FULL of Fungas Gnats. Literally infested, and the soil inside was really water logged aswell, which isnt normal to begin with (probably was left outside in the rain) Thousands of gnats were crawling around in side one bag, and the other had not as many but clearly was noticeable. Had to throw them away to get them the hell out of my house. These bags were on there store display inside the shop too, so idk how many other bags were infected. Never buying soil here again. Ever.
