Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company - we entered into an agreement with the owner and were excited to see the results. What we ended up with was substandard and shoddy workmanship. I made the mistake of paying them cash before I inspected the final job with my husband, we were so disappointed. We have several photos of the work and quite honestly we could have done better if we had the time. My husband contacted the owner and let him know we were not happy and we expected him to make it right or at least meet us half way. He promised to come by and see my husband to discuss, never showed of course and will not answer any phone calls. I had to give them 1 star - honestly deserves none.

I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews to use these guys but, quickly realized the complete opposite. 2 yrs ago they replaced my front and back yard. Exceptional landscaping and sod. Chris the owner was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Matt was also very kind. A family run business in Sarnia for a long time. We have since used them to maintain our Grass and cut our grass aswell. Do not believe these posts. I'm here to tell you my experience was 2nd to none and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Looking forward to continued business relationship.

This guys were a complete nightmare! Run away.. don't walk from this "company". I had hired them to rework my yard in June. They have canceled last minute or plain ol stood me up 4 times! for a variety of reasons from month long funerals out East, sick employees, not having time to come, not having the equipment,having to return out East again to their "shop" (mini storage unit at a garded facility I found out) being robbed. Each time promising me that they will be at my home fully prepared and ready with confirmations, initiated only by me, to do the work. On top of the let downs the owner Matt is argumentative and rude to no end. They have zero professionalism and reliability. Despite all of this, Matt claims he did he full diligence because he found the odd time to communicate his monthly job cancellations and excuses. I have lost money paying for others to do his job, for time taken off work to wait for his company to simply not show up, and have been let down for 4 months in a row. I was honestly beginning to think they scammed me out of my deposit money and was fearful I wouldn't get it back. after the 4th cancellation, they made me wait 6 days for my refund. BUT zero compensation for the lost money, time and stress they put this new mom under. Their business should be ashamed. Why waste your time with a company that is rude and unreliable? answer: Don't!

They accept a contract without then doing all the areas until you get Chris involved. Chris & I had to discuss the expected snow removal areas agreed upon before they were paid for the season, after their first round missed all walkways, but they came back, got it done and did shovel all the proper spots going forward. They NEVER returned to fix the gravel they shoved to my backyard as promised, July is almost over & I was told spring at the latest. I won’t hire this company again
