At first glance it seems like a very small operation but once inside the nursery is plentiful with plants. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have an answer to your question they will direct you to a staff member who can. They take the time to explain in detail how to maintain and nurse your plants and trees. They have a vast selection of perennials and annuals, shrubs, trees, flowers etc. Great place to go if you want to beautify your home landscape.

All this would have been a detail if it hadn't been for the deplorable attitude of the cashier. If she doesn't like what she's doing, she goes and do something else, but the minimum is to say hello, thank you and have a good day to customers who come to spend their money. Joli choix de plante mais la personne qui est à la caisse devrait aller prendre des cours de savoir vivre en urgence ou faire autre chose où elle ne sera pas en contact avec la clientèle. Nous avons acheté un gros pot et une soucoupe, il y avait une promotion sur les pots, certains à 20% et celui que nous avons choisi était dans la section à - 30%. Arrivés à la caisse déjà cette personne ne nous dit pas bonjour et répond à peine à notre salutation et nous demande comment nous allons payer. Nous nous rendons compte que le pot passe à -20% et pas -30%, nous posons la question et aucune politesse, elle ne sait pas mais ne va même pas voir l'étiquette ou ne pose la question à un collègue. C'est nous qui allons prendre la photo de l'étiquette pour lui montrer et elle répond ça concerne pas ce pot là sans aucune politesse. Ok pas de problème mais quand la plupart des pots sont à -20% et qu'une toute petite partie est à -30% la moindre des choses c'est de ne pas mettre de pots à -20 dans cette section parce que c'est de la publicité mensongère, j'ai fait mon choix par rapport à ce spécial et j'ai eu la surprise à la caisse. Tout ceci aurait été un détail s'il n'y avait pas eu l'attitude déplorable de la caissière. Si elle n'aime pas ce qu'elle fait qu'elle aille faire autre chose mais le minimum c'est de dire bonjour, merci et bonne journée à des clients qui viennent dépenser leur argent. Des pépinières il y en a plein, pour ce qui est de notre cas nous irons dépenser notre argent ailleurs.

Déjà en partant le service et les conseils étaient ordinaires car j'ai eu affaire à une employée qui n'était pas capable de répondre à la plupart de mes questions. J'ai acheté 4 vivaces identiques de la même couleur. Une fois les fleurs éclos, une des fleur était d'une autre couleur. J'ai téléphoné et il n'y avait aucun arrangement possible. On me mentionne que j'aurais pu l'acheter ailleurs et que même si j'ai les étiquettes et la facture, ils ne peuvent rien faire même pas un rabais pour une autre.Un peu de confiance envers leurs clients n'est pas trop demandé je crois. Première expérience à cet endroit et sûrement la dernière.
