(Translated) I called on Spatio paysagiste for an exterior design of the front and back of my house. A lady came to take the measurements and discuss the project with me. On the first meeting, she canceled at the last second, we finally saw each other on the second meeting. After telling me that she would be working on my plan for the next 2 weeks, I never heard back from them. I called, left messages, wrote e-mails .. They disappeared and never heard back from me. I am relieved that I haven't given a deposit yet! All communication was difficult at first, I should have been wary. I wouldn't do business with them, their service doesn't seem reliable. Pity! (Original) J'ai fait appel à Spatio paysagiste pour un aménagement extérieur de l'avant et de l'arrière de ma maison. Une dame est venue prendre les mesures et discuter du projet avec moi. Au premier rdv, elle a annulé à la dernière seconde, on s'est finalement vu au 2e rdv. Après m'avoir dit qu'elle travaillerait sur mon plan pendant les 2 prochaines semaines, je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles de leur part. J'ai appelé, laissé des messages, écrit des courriels.. Ils sont disparut et ne m'ont jamais donné de nouvelles. Je suis soulagée de ne pas avoir encore donné de dépôt! Toutes les communications ont été difficiles au début, j'aurais dû me méfier. Je ne ferais pas affaires avec eux, leur service ne semble pas fiable. Dommage!
