Rapport de la première visite stipule 4 traitements dont un granulaire qui n’a jamais été fait. Traitement des Araignées mis sur une liste prioritaire à la mi mai, pas encore fait à la mi juin malgré plusieurs appels. Ce contrat qui devait me procurer une tranquilité d’esprit est rapidement devenu une préoccupation.

He says that we can pay according to satisfaction, my package for next year has not changed at all. And if we still have a not WOW lawn next summer, we change company. (Original) Au début, je me suis inscrit comme nouveau membre avec le forfait cVert. J'avais des problèmes de vers blancs alors j'ai ajoute l'option moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Ca a pris beaucoup de temps avant qu'on reçoit notre premier service. Plus tard durant l'été, une dame m'a contacte pour savoir si je voulais ajouter un service; amendement des sols. J'ai accepte moyennant d'autres frais supplémentaires. Durant l'été, des fourmis sont apparues sur ma maison et on a change de forfait pour ccurité ce qui a occasionné d'autres frais. Durant toute l'été, je n'ai pas trouve mon gazon WOW et en plus, le technicien venait souvent les samedi, ce qui faisait en sorte qu'on ne pouvait pas utiliser notre terrain. Et, en temps de pandémie et ayant 3 enfants, nous utilisons beaucoup notre cour la fin de semaine. Je ne suis pas beaucoup satisfait des services de cVert. Il dise qu'on peut payer selon la satisfaction, mon forfait pour l'année prochaine n'a pas du tout change. Et si on a encore une pelouse pas WOW l'été prochain, on change de compagnie.

On tente toujours de les rejoindre puisque nous ne paierons pas pour des services que nous avions spécifié ne plus vouloir, mais, évidemment, impossible de parler à quelqu’un. Cvert harcèle au début du processus, puis, une fois le contrat signé, n’écoute plus les clients, ne leur fait aucun suivi et assume qu’on prend leurs services pour l’éternité.

Suite à un sondage que nous avions complété, sondage avec la quote 1 étoile sur 5( et si il y avait eu une quote poubelle je l'aurais pris) des engagements de leur part ont été avancé, fidèle à eux-même , cela n'a pas été tenu. Comment savoir ce qui à été fait ? Bref résultat des courses après 5 appels au service pour avoir un semblant de service, ma pelouse à complètement été ravagée par les insectes et on ne veux pas me rembourser. On m'offre 30% de crédit pour une job bâclée. Bref, ne perdez pas votre temps à faire affaire avec Cvert et appeler une autre compagnie pour l'entretien de votre gazon. Pour ceux qui veulent voir le résultat, j'ai mis quelques photos de mon gazon qui avait été posé l'année passé. Un beau 2000.00$ à la poubelle.

En plus de leur erreur, on me traite poliment de menteur, méchant service à la clientèle! Soit dit en passant je suis allé vérifier auprès de mon voisin et il n’a jamais demandé ce service à compagnie avec laquelle il fait affaire, donc c’est vraiment une erreur de leur part….
