En plus de vendre presque le double du prix un sac de vermiculite, cette pépinière offre littéralement un service médiocre. Son employé m'a lancé; "Au fait, on fermera l'année prochaine ! " Au final dans le fonds de ma pensée ce ne sera pas une grosse perte. Encouragez le local et plus petits pour les aider à survivre! Oui, je suis d'accord mais pas recevoir en échange ce genre de service et en plus payer vraiment plus cher. Non merci ! Je la demande poliment si elle est sûre, parce que je viens juste de le voir dans leur nouvelle publicité, suite auquel elle me répond de façon bête et dérangée en poussant un gros soupire "attends un seconde", mais me raccroche plutôt au nez. Je rappele, ça ne repond pas et puis ça ne fait pas suite à mon message sur boîte vocale. Quelle manque de classe et de sens des affaires. Bonne chose qu'il y a de bien meilleurs centres de jardinage à la ville de Québec, parce que je ne mettrai plus jamais un pied ici, et j'encouragerai tous les jardiniers que connais de faire pareil. Mise à jour : Elle ne m'a pas appelé le lendemain, par contre j'avais laissé mon numéro; donc pas très honnête, ni sincère. Et en plus a l'audace de penser que JE devrais l'appeler encore? Non merci, racroche sur quelqu'un d'autre.
