I have a very old and tall maple tree that has seen better days. A lot of large branches were breaking and falling in my backyard, or my neighbour's almost daily, and suddenly backyard bonfires and barbeques were no longer enjoyable. The team at Stumps R Us were incredible. They were able to fit me in a week early because of a cancellation, arrived exactly when they said they would, took down what needed to be (the whole tree really needs to be brought down, but I'm going to wait on that right now) The crew cleaned everything up after they were done, and even stacked pieces of the wood I asked for for my bonfires. Awesome work gentleman! Feel safe again. I'm so happy, thank you so so much ????

Joe and his team did an amazing job removing an unfortunately dead Sugar Maple in our backyard in London. It was very large, and right next to our fence. They took care of it without an issue and cleaned up our property afterwards like they weren't even there. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Amazing service. Called them, Joe responded immediately and was able to get us a quote within a few days. They finished the project faster than some other companies even gave us a quote! Great communication the whole way through, which I was amazed with, and best price we were quoted in London. Great crew, arborists saved our tree and clean up came in less than 24 hours. Good thing for Joe that he can remove bad reviews to keep his ratings high, Job that I paid for was not finished and he wants more money to finish it, clean up was horrible, plus the made a huge mess with the equipment they got stuck in the neighbors field and never came back to fix it, he got real nasty with me. Unprofessional, no money is enough for this guy, don't pay him until the job is totally done even when he whines about it. SHOP AROUND, THERE ARE BETTER AND CHEAPER OUT THERE.

We had 2 large trees fall on our property on a Sunday. Monday morning crews were onsite. They made quick work of what looked like a huge task. They worked very efficiently and within 1 hour it was incredible what they had accomplished. Tree cut up, chipped, stump ground all in one morning.

Joe and his team were amazing! I saw them in action driving by and had requested a card to call for a quote. Joe called back same day and came out to quote the next day and his prices and service beat out others. His team came to remove a large pine tree and stump as well as prune a large maple a few days later. They were professional, quick and clean! The yard looked as if nothing happened. We had a tree leaning on our fence that needed to come down. It was in an awkward spot so we definitely needed a professional to come in and take it out. Joe came for an assessment, and had his crew out to the house within a few business days. He also cleared out some stumps in our front garden. The guys were very nice, professional, and did great work.

Great tree cutting service. I checked out several places and got quotes in the London area for a 30 year old Norway Maple to be removed. Stumps R Us came out to be the best price, quickest and most responsive. They showed up a few days after I made the arrangements and had the tree in a pile on mulch on my driveway in a few hours. Three different crews came through: cut, then mulch then stump grind. Crazy efficient, like a tree removal assembly line. I would honestly just not even bother with any other places if you are looking for a tree removed and stump ground down, I did the calling around, these guys are the way to go.

We had a small tree that was leaning on our fence causing issues. Joe quickly gave us a quote and time frame of when they would come. They came earlier than expected and did a fantastic job! They even trudged through our jungle of our backyard and worked while dogs barked at them through the window without complaint! Amazing service! Can't say enough good things.. Stumps R Us completely transformed our property by removing 9 spruce trees, removing 15+ stumps, and pruning two trees. The entire crew was friendly, efficient, on time, and very professional! It's impressive watching them work. Communication with owner was fantastic.. prompt responses and had great recommendations. Great price as well. Will 100% be calling Stumps R Us again and recommending to friends and family!

Excellent work! Done in 3 stages...first a crew cut the tree down quickly and efficiently, then a 2nd crew came a few minutes later and mulched it in the chipper, then the owner comes to obliterate the stump. All done with professionalism and very quickly. Very responsive, communicated by text message which was nice, and even gave the quote by text message based on pictures. Cost was almost half of the other quote I got. Highly recommended.

We had a large tree limb come down during a storm. Joe was there extremely quick to give a quote and arranged for his team to come and remove it. He also worked with a neighbouring business as the limb affected both properties. He ended up helping them with some trees they wanted removed too! Highly recommend Stumps R Us!!

Stumps R Us came out and pruned & cleaned up a very large Silver Maple on my property. I was so pleased with their work and delighted that they likely saved my roof from the high winds we get here. Amazing crew. Fast, friendly, courteous and very professional. Branches removed in a timely manner, and they checked to make sure I was satisfied all along the process. I called Joe to remove a large tree on our property which was too close to our house. He provided me with a quote quickly and told me he would do his best to fit me in as soon as possible. The tree removal job provided us with a morning of entertainment. The arborist was incredible to watch and the team, as someone else said, is like a tree removing assembly line. I couldn't believe it as they had most of the tree in the chipper within an hour. They did an amazing job at cleaning up and removing the stump. It's transformed our backyard and allowed much more light into our home. The whole team is professional, knowledgeable and top at their job.

A tree fell down in my backyard, damaging a few trees around it. My backyard was an absolute mess. As Joe put it, it was "incredible". I spoke with Joe on Saturday, he came to take a look on Sunday and give me a quote. By Monday afternoon, my backyard was cleaned up. They left me some fantastic firewood, and stumps that I will clean up and stain. Joe was very nice and professional. He gave me a very reasonable quote, and was very honest during the entire process. I appreciate the prompt service, the professionalism and honesty. I would definitely recommend them. As a bonus, they have a really cool business card. It's made out of wood. I love that.

I cannot say enough good things about this crew. After calling for a quote someone was there within the hour giving us a very reasonable quote, 24 hours after that 3 massive trees and stumps are completely gone and you'd never know they were there. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Amazing people.
