I dealt with Basil when renting a 55’ trailer platform. Very knowledgeable about the equipment. Was able to answer every technical question I had prior to renting very friendly. Returned it and Jeff was working on the counter. Very friendly. I’ll definitely be renting all my equipment in future from these guys. Very well priced and very helpful with suggestions on how to save some money and do the jobs safely !

My experience having never rented equipment before was very satisfying. The people that work here are extremely friendly, they dont just treat you like a dollar sign. It has that old mom and pop feel to it, which is hard to find these days. As for the product I got, it did a great job. The price I paid was fair and the staff actually take the time to teach you how to use it before you take it home. Very good service.

They had every bit of equipment I needed to complete my project, even the specialized things that I thought I'd need to go to London for. It's great knowing all the equipment I could need is just down the road! They also have a broad knowledge of all the equipment they have, and can recommend the right tool for the job. Also, I have to especially call out the incredibly reasonable and convenient delivery fee. Far lower than I thought, and definitely the way to go with large equipment.

Wet Vac I rented was old, missing parts/and they gave me wrong parts as well. The machine was greasy and dirty and I feel lucky I wasn't doing the work on the main floor. The job got done and I'm thankful for it, but because the long wand they gave me was the wrong one, I had to complete the job bent over or on my hands and knees. Brutal.

A great place for high quality well maintained equipment that is replaced and kept up to date every few yrs. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is I find their rates on the steep side. I feel this o Is because they pretty well have a monopoly in St Thomas. Without going to London the only other rental shop in town rents 20 yr old poorly maintained equipment at only a slightly lower rate

March 12-2021 Rent All in St. Thomas, Ontario. Is a great Family owned business. I needed to drill a couple 3" holes through my basement wall. I called Rent All told them what I was looking for, he told me we have what you need. I need it for Friday March 12-2021 his reply, we will have it ready for you. Stopped in Friday morning and I got exactly what I was told via phone. Great, professional, respectful and friendly people to deal with. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely looking to do business with you guys in the future. I highly recommend Rent All St. Thomas, Ontario. They have what you need. You Guys get a 5 Star rating from me.
