Parts Department is great, service department is terrible The parts dept always takes time to find the parts needed and provide help. The same cant be said for the service department. When bringing in a lawnmower for a $480 basic tune up (very expensive) for elderly grandparents we went to start the mower and there was no oil in it. After calling the service department and being told "that is not possible" i will never be recommending them or taking any items in here **** Update **** Still no follow up, we have decided to take our tractors to other dealers, further drive with much better service

Needed a lawn mower ... badly. Decided to buy a good one this time. Went to Huron Tractor to see what they had because they deal in higher end equipment. Walked in and was greeted at the door. The person asked how she could help. Told her I was there to look at mowers. She went and got someone to help me immediately. The gentleman I had (cant recall his name) knew everything about the different models. I explained what I was looking for and he pointed me to a Honda mower. I actually upsold myself by asking about the higher priced one. After explaining the differences I bought it. This was a Friday afternoon. They said it needed to be assembled and service would have it ready Monday. I said ok. Was hoping for today ... BUT ... hey I get it others are ahead of me. An hour later I get a call that its ready. They went out of their way to get the mower ready because he knew I needed it. I didn't even ask. I will definitely be going here for ANY future needs. They are awesome here. Thanks so much for making me feel like I was important to you.

Bought a Honda self-propelled mower here fast friendly service...took 2 days for them to get it in but when I picked it up it was assembled full of gas and ready to go at no extra charge! Got it home and one pull it started! Very nice machine!
