I met with Bill (owner) and he discussed what he does and we walked around the house and I hired him. I had him most of the summer and he set me back a long time having to re edge my gardens, something we discussed. The lawn was uneven after they left and if they cut on a Friday it looked terrible by Monday. The guys working had the idea to show up just before a long weekend and say a machine was broken (not true) and it had already gone 2 weeks without a cut. When they first started I bought the guys working a case of beer each as a welcome but everytime they came there was something pretty big they didn't do. Bill told me what they would do and they didn't do it and blames the customer for having high expectations. I am pretty sure he will bad mouth you if it doesn't work out...stay clear. I have a great service now don't have to say anything, he knows what to do. Bill even said to me that I may have to yell at one of the guys (somewhat joking) to get things done right. He said he dropped the ball a few times and in the same breath says expectations are too high. I understand it is stressful but don't put the blame on the person paying you because you can't meet your own agreement.

We initially hired Bill at Forsyth Lawn Care to install a large area of sod on our property. After seeing the transformation, we swiftly changed our landscaping plans and had his team instead more sod and pea stone. He and his team were incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful of our timeline. When on-site, his team got to work early, showed up when they said they would, and even checked in with us before leaving for the day. After spending the better part of a year dealing with different trades in the construction/renovation and landscaping industry (as we renovate a 180 year old property), it was a breath of fresh air dealing with such a professional team. Highly recommend!

Bought the grub-b-gone product spent $50. Applied as per instructions and watered it in. My problem grew much worse after the application. I wrote back on Kijiji and Bill never thought it important enough to get back to me. My home is not more than 10 minutes from his place and yet he could not find the time to come and see the problem. I would therefore not recommend this product or his customer service. Extremely disappointed $50 down the drain as far as I am concerned. Brian Mahon

I contacted this company to do spring yard clean up. He came to my house and provided and estimate for which I agreed same day. I then had to follow up again and ask when they would be coming as he didn't schedule anything with me. He advised he would come the following week but did not show up. When I followed up again asking if he would be coming the next week he told me he was too busy and could not follow through and that he was sorry for wasting my time. For over 2 weeks he strung me along while I could have just dealt with someone else. Very very disappointing and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I called Bill for an estimate, he came out immediately and gave me is professional advice. With in a day I had a written estimate. And he had the job done by the end of the week. His staff was friendly and efficient. They got my job done in way less time then it would of took me.
