We recently purchased a new home that had a pool already installed. The prior setup of the yard did not allow for the pool to be separate from where the grass/play area for the kids would be. That and some aging decks and prior patio work we figured it would be best to re-design the yard that would provide better functionality for our growing family. Due to the size and scope of the project, we met with several contractors who were referred. Matt and Chris Edwards came highly recommended from a few friends who had large projects completed. From the start I was instantly impressed with how approachable Matt was and his ideas for the project. We met on several occasions to plan the design and fine tune the details. One of the main things I was looking for was a company that was large enough to handle the majority of the project without having to sub out work to other trades. The size of the Edward's crew made this possible. From their construction to carpentry division to landscape and even lighting they were able to handle everything from start to finish. The end result is better than we could have ever expected! Give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed!

And the interesting part is that due to winter closing in on the project it will not even be completed until next spring. Don't bother to contact this company because they never have time for you. No reply to emails, no callback. Their business is too good? your job is too small? no one knows maybe both. Save your time contacting other companies at least you will get some sort of response. Your time is valuable too as costumers. BTW, Their website is not functional either or, again the message you sent WILL be ignored.

I can't say enough good things about this company! I first contacted Edwards and Sons in December 2019 for a quote on a backyard renovation for the Spring and I was instantly impressed with their prompt and professional response. The entire planning process was really fun because Matt and the rest of the team had so many great ideas and input to make our space really beautiful and functional. They are extremely punctual for appointments and responded to every email with obvious care and concern. We chose to have a composite deck and a screened gazebo put in with built-in lighting, a new shed and an interlock path and driveway. The guys also fixed up the landscaping. The renovation itself went really well and the crew were all friendly and did incredible work. I had many neighbours mention to me what great work the guys did and they were very pleasant to have around. The quality of the work is top notch and I could not be more pleased with the result. We are extremely grateful that we chose this company for our property and would strongly recommend them for any work that you need done.

Even though I haven't had any work done by this company, I wouldn't recommend them. Had them quote me a price on replacing a broken fence post and/or a complete fence replacement. I informed them that for now, I just wanted to replace the one post, which they said they would do. Never heard anything back from them for 3 weeks so I decided to call and inquire as to when they were planning to do the job. They told me that such a small job isn't worth their time. It's too bad because I was planning to have the entire fence replaced next year had they done a good job on the one post. Considering they initially told me they would do the work and even quoted me a price and then didn't even take the time to call me back, needless to say, I won't be calling them back for the fence replacement next year. I can't comment on the quality of their work but their service gets a failing grade from me.

I consulted with a number of different landscapers, most of them wanted to do boring old concrete and I found that none of them had the time of day for me. I searched around and found Edwards and Sons via an award they one for landcaping excellence in the city of london. I figured that I'd give them a call. From the call, I had a brief chat with Matt Edwards. Matt came right to my house and walked around the yard with me. He gave me all the attention that I needed, but what I really valued was his honestly, vision, and knowledge. I ended up choosing Edwards and Sons for everything and now I have a whole new appreciation for my property and the work that goes into it. Matt's crew, and supervisor Gord, completed the job went over and above, they are perfectionists!.They were very kind and did not cut corners on laying the base or any task on my property. Now that the job is complete, I constantly see people drive by and stop to look at the piece of art of a driceway that I now have. I have had multilple inquires and comments on the pavers. Pavers are actully stronger and when installed correctly will last much longer the concrete. I am so happy! I recommend that you give Matt a call cause there's no one better then him and his company. When I called to get them to replace this because it was there screw up they told me it is not there problem and I need to do it myself. I could not believe how I credibly ride they were about this. It was honestly a terrible experience. Another kijiji brand business with little comprehension on how to do business.

We contracted with Edwards and Sons in February for a large project involving removing an old deck, building a new larger deck, adding a patio, walkway and replacing our asphalt driveway with paving stone and reworking the drainage around our hose. We couldn't be happier with the process, their suggestions during planning and working phases and with the outcome. While the start date was delayed due to COVID and the crew encountered some extremely hot days, they did not compromise the quality of work in favour of speed so they could get on to the next job. We especially appreciated the pride that the crew took in their craftsmanship and in getting the finer details as perfect as they could. We appreciated the added finishing touches to restore the grass and gardens that had been disturbed through the work. Their after care is also worth noting. There were a few minor issues that cropped up a couple of weeks after the work was completed and they were quick to respond and fix the problem. Give them a call well in advance of when you want the work to be done - they are busy for a reason!

We chose Edwards Landscaping to rebuild our water garden because Matt promised us that they would not just put our pond back together the way it was, but that they would make it a showpiece. And they did! We are absolutely delighted with the end result. The Edwards work crew were friendly and courteous. Gord was meticulous and artistic in arranging the rocks. I had pointed out an amethyst rock left haphazardly on the ground that I was particularly fond of, and to my delight I found it embedded into a place of honour by the waterfall. This is the kind of attention to detail that he takes pride in. He also noticed that my water iris needed repotting and offered to do it for me. I was grateful to be relieved of that messy chore. Edwards not only delivers, but goes the extra mile. We highly recommend them.
