La personne me mentionne que le 10 jours n'est pas fait et de rappeler le lundi, 31. Pour un journée, elle aurait très bien pu prendre la requète pour un visite le lendemain, le 28 (10 jours après le premier traitement) - Aujourd'hui, 31 aout ayant toujours plein de punaises et comme suggèré par la personne, je les recontacte recontacte. - Cette même personne me mentionne qu'il est maintenant trop tard, les punaises sont surement adultes et le traitement ne serait plus efficace, aucun autre traitement ne sera fait. Ou est la fameuse garantie? Pourquoi ne pas prendre en charge la demande au 9 jours, pour un traitement au 10e jours?
