Je lui mentionne que dans l'intervalle, j'ai pris le service ailleurs. Le représentant était fâché et m,a dit que j'aurais pu l'avertir que j'avais trouvé ailleurs. Considérant que je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles de leurs part en presque 2 mois, aucun appel ni courriel, je m'explique mal cette attitude. Lorsque j'ai mentionné le délai, on m'a parlé du confinement. Sérieusement... Ils auraient pu m'appeller. Je ne serai pas client cette année et, avec cette attitude, je n'en serai jamais un. Comment réagissent-ils avec un client instatisfait ? Disons que le service à la clientèle n'est pas une force.

This is my 4th year with this company and all i can say is they are doing a great job,the products they use made my front lawn look amazing, no weeds no bugs just a nice green anf beautiful lawn.Of course u have to do your job also mowing and watering when u supposed to.Before i use to spend a lot of money on fertilizer and weeds/bugs products witch most of the time don't really work, not anymore.With around 200-250$/ year u can have a beautiful and healthy lawn.

Peut-être que vous auriez pu offrir le service pour lequel nous avons payé ainsi que de rappeler après 4 appel pour comprendre ce qui se passait Les autres compagnies sont passé beaucoup plus souvent qu'eux chez nos voisins Leurs secrétaire nous avait informer à chaque semaine qu'ils allaient passé pour le dernier engrais de l'année... j'ai du appeler 3 semaine de suite car ils n'étaient pas passé et elle m'avait également informer qu'après ça serait le dernier traitement pour les mauvais herbes générale, ils ont finalement fait l'engrais mais jamais les mauvais herbes
