Je dois maintenant en donner 2, étant même généreux. La seule et unique raison pour laquelle il reste des étoiles, est qu'il y a tout de même de beaux produits, mais j'ai décidé de me les procurer ailleurs! Ce fût ma dernière visite à cet endroit, et je ne recommanderai pas à qui que ce soit. En prime : la fameuse photo interdite!!

Mais l'hiver passé, quelle catastrophe! A plusieurs reprises la gratte a eu le temps de passer 2-3 fois avant Barbe, au moins 3 fois on a attendu jusqu'au milieu de l'après-midi avant de les voir. Jai appelé a deux reprises pour leur signaler. Sans manquer de respect. Juste parce que je pensais qu'ils avaient a coeur d'offrir un bon service et quils devraient etre au courant. Les 2 fois jai mentionné que javais ete satisfaite de leur service les annees passées, mais que cette année ca ne marchait pas dutout. Aucun retour. Cette annee je n'ai pas recu ma facture pour mon renouvellement. Quand jai appelé, on m'a expliqué que c'est parce que j'avais fait des plaintes et qu'ils ne souhaitaient pas renouveler le contrat avec moi! Incrédule, je leur ai demandé si cest comme ca qu'ils demontraient a leurs clients qu'ils tiennent a s'améliorer et offrir un bon service. Ils devaient me rappeler pour voir si cetait possible de renverser la decision. Ca fait une semaine. On a acheté une souffleuse. Byyyyyye.
