Purchased 6+ half loads of quad mix to top dress our lawns. Was assured the mix was 'as weed free as possible'. Within a couple weeks both our lawns were infested with quack grass. So very disappointed as the cost to eliminate it will be significant vs the savings we thought we were getting by purchasing from a landscape dealer. It's a neighbourhood eyesore & embarrassment, as neighbours ask what happened. Have never experienced this from previous years of top dressing.

Apparently they do not want to sell any merchandise. I attempted to purchase supplies to build a patio. Someone in the yard was very helpful(apparently the only one there) and quoted out all the material I needed. He told me he would hand it in and to call the office to place the order. The next business day i called the office and they had no clue what i was talking about and said i should come onsite. I came onsite the following weekend and talked to someone at the shed. They took my copy of the quoted material's and told me to call the office to order. Again next business day I called the office and they still don't know what I am talking about. The person at the office said they would get someone to call me back the next day. No-one called me back.

This people care Lady at counter asked me if my trailer can legally hold 1 yard of stone I said yes Then the loader driver Adivce me to make sure that my 3500lb trailer could safely transporr 2000lbs of stone back home then he slowly loaded my trailer evenly Great people highly recomc

I purchased a concrete park bench from this company in St.Catharines recently. The bench was placed inside my vehicle by an employee. The leg of the bench tipped over during my commute home which broke one of the cement legs. I returned the bench later in the day to a very cold reception by the employee. She actually questioned my authenticity of the damaged product. I received no apology from them. Their customer service sucks. PS....how long after purchase should the damaged item have been returned....20 minutes, 60 minutes, two hours? I live out of town and had other errands. Didn't notice the broken cement leg until I got home. Not like I was returning it a few days later.

Rick is quite possibly the worst customer service person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’m not sure if it’s the little mans syndrome combined with an inability to comprehend even the simplest of questions, but I would rather pay more anywhere else that deal with him again. I’m sorry, you have lost my business.

It is the worst customer service. We needed someone to weigh our bags and to pay for them. It was enough time for that. The guy with name Marti delayed the weighing because first it took him time to bring the weighing scale, then to plug it in. When he set up the scale he said unfriendly "you have one minute left" and in several seconds he said "you have only 30 seconds" and he added something that we would not have time to pay. Actually we felt that he was just mocking us showing that he is superior. Because of that we decided to leave but they closed the gate door to parking place. We asked them to open the door since we still had "30 seconds". But they didn't open the door pushing us to go around their yard. We don't like such attitude to customers.
