Pinnacle did a great job on our front yard landscaping. Great communication, friendly guys, the work was done expertly and with great care. We had 4 trees removed as well as our lawn replaced. Grading was perfect, every piece of sod along our curvy sidewalk was cut to perfection. I would highly recommend Pinnacle, these guys do excellent work.

I had a bad feeling from the start. These guys showed up with no equipment... and not a lot of man power. I understand you have to start somewhere, and power equipment is expensive, but they only had one small wheel barrow and one rake. So I offered them some of our tools. I went out and spoke to them multiple times about removing the clay and they never did, when they proceeded to pack down / roll the top soil they didn’t even bother to fill the roller compactor with water, so we had so many soft spots that sunk when it started to rain. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they said “everything would be fine” but this all took place last summer and our lawn this summer is awful! There are multiple dead spots where the sod never took and so many deep cracks in our lawn because the huge chunks of clay were never removed... we are going to have to rip our grass and redo it. Such a mess! Super disappointed and so much money to spend on a job NOT well done.

Pinnacle recently tidied up our backyard and parking space, with a new retaining wall for the garden, fence repair, clean up and removal of old stone/tree trunks, as well as new beautiful white gravel. They responded to my inquiry very quickly, and Ross came to give us a quote and review the site within a few days. He was professional and had great ideas on how to make our ugly space beautiful. Pinnacle is the least professional company I have dealt with in years of construction work. They have poor attention to detail, they provide low quality work and crucially when a customer raises issues with their they do not respond nor attempt at all to perform any defect mitigation. I personally found Matt to be untrustworthy and lacking sincerity towards his customers. I would never recommend anyone to contract Pinnacle Landscapping.

I am new to Edmonton, and having just purchased a new built home I was lost in what to do with my landscaping. Upon searching, I found Pinnacle Landscaping via Instagram and upon meeting the two young men running this business, I was instantly impressed. They met me and provided me with a quick quote for my final grading and landscaping. After calling around and getting some much higher quotes and quite frankly, attempting to deal with much less professional businesses I found locally through similar searching, I decided to go with Pinnacle Landscaping. These boys then came to me with a contract and upon signing it, they held up every part of their end and more. They arrived on the scheduled dates and worked very hard to complete the job on time, and I am so happy with how my yard looks now! I can't recommend this business enough and with the way these guys work, they are going to make a name for themselves in their field before long. I can not believe that I am the first review for this company, once again I just can't say how satisfied I am with the work I paid for!

We hired Pinnacle to rip out rock and re lay the weed mats as our house was a show home and the landscaping materials used were not the highest quality. They showed up and did an amazing job.
