The two stars are for unethical business practices. I was quoted four to five hours to do the job and then I got the bill for eight and a half hours almost doubling my quoted amount! The owner told me he has gone to court many times and has never lost so I'm assuming this is how he conducts business(he did the exact same thing to my neighbor)...give low quotes and then bill for unforeseen circumstances! This is how he explained the overbilling to me. Other than being over billed by about $1,200 the job they did was great. You would never know they were even there except a tree is missing! So protect yourself and get quotes in writing from this company and have it signed so that if you do end up having to go to court you have written proof and you're protecting yourself!
