We hired Revelstoke Tree Care to prune low limbs on 19 fir trees in our backyard. The crew was punctual and worked fast and efficiently. When they were done they cleaned up everything and even cleaned off my patio even though it had no tree limbs on it. Highly recommend

Bob removed a leaning birch tree that was located right next to my home. He was able to remove all branches safely and fall the tree safely without any debris touching the house. Quality, hard work for a fair price.

Bob checked out a tree for me and I was put on the spot - a bit of a pressure sell to take it down right away because his crew was in the area. Unfortunately I didn’t get a second opinion and went with his recommendation to remove the tree. Afterwards I realized it was not necessary to remove it immediately - it was not dangerous. I consulted another company and although the tree was not absolutely healthy - it was not urgent to remove it. Not only was I ripped off in terms of the rate for 1/2 hour work, what’s worse is the bad advice. As well, his texts after the job were rude and unprofessional. There are better options if you need a tree care company.

I couldn't imagine hiring a worse company. Very sloppy and the owner was a bully to my wife. You would be best to not trust them with your trees or your property. Good to have other options in town for next time. Lesson learned.

Disappointed to write a negative review of a local company, having tried on 3 occasions to resolve things without success. Called Revelstoke Tree Care to shovel our garage roof in January. Total was right at the top of the estimated range, and they didn't follow my instructions for where to drop the snow, so our housesitter had to tidy it up. When I called, he said it was busy so he'd forgotten to relay the instructions to his team. Said he would drop off some beer for the housesitter as compensation but that didn't happen, and then offered a partial refund but that hasn't happened either. No response to my last text message. Will look elsewhere for snow removal in the future.
